DMS OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Mortise lock with Externally Wired Deadbolt Monitor Secure (DMS).
DMS – DEADBOLT MONITOR SECURED
Monitors the full extension of the deadbolt (DM – Deadbolt Monitor) disabling the electrical control of a fail secure
lockset locking the OUTSIDE trim. Retracting the deadbolt will enable the electrical control.
Free egress at all times

Voltage: 12-24V AC/DC (11V-30V)
Current: 250mA MAX Inrush, 10mA MAX Holding Non-polarized leads

Lock is furnished as FAIL SECURE and can be easily changed to FAIL SAFE via the switch on the front. Cycle power once after switching from one function to the other.
