Product Usage Instructions
- Open the battery slot and insert the battery as shown in the picture.
- Switch on both the host and remote headsets by pushing the power switch to ON. The headset will play a Power On voice prompt, and the indicator will show a slow green flicker.
- Turn on the microphone.
- Use the Volume+ and Volume- buttons to adjust the volume levels on the headsets.

Thank you for choosing the Accsoon CoMo — A full-duplex wireless intercom system. Accsoon CoMo is equipped with Accsoon stability, seamlessly supporting communication for teams of up to 9 people. With its all-new product design and enhancements from ENC technology, the Accsoon CoMo, with no need for a base station, can provide a 400-meter (1312 ft) line of sight connection range and over 10 hours of noise-free communication experience. Instruction
First use
- STEP 1 As the picture shows, open the battery slot and put in the battery.
- STEP 2 Push the host and remote headsets’ power switch to “ON”, the headset will be powered\ on and play the “Power On” voice prompt. An indicator will show a slow green flicker
- STEP 3Headset connection
- Host and remote headsets are pre-paired by default. The headsets will automatically start connecting when powered on.
- The remote headsets will play the “Connected” voice prompt once successfully connected to the host headset
- STEP 4 Turn on the microphone
- As the picture shows, when the microphone boom is placed at 55° , the indicators will remain on with a red light and the microphone will be muted.
- To turn on the microphone, push the microphone boom forward to 55° the indicator will remain on with a green light.
- You will hear a “Toot” voice prompt when the microphone is turned on/off.
Note: The maximum swivel angle of the boom axle is 115°.
Volume control
- Push the volume “+” or “-” button on the side of the headset to turn the volume up or down.
- The volume “+” or “-” buttons on the headsets can only be used for hearing volume control, not the microphone volume or the sound effect.
- The headsets have 7-level adjustable volumes. and is initially set to level 4. The headset can remember the last setting of the volume level.
- The environmental noise cancellation (ENC) is set to be ON by default when the headset is powered on. You can manually turn off the ENC mode by clicking the ENC switch button.

FAQ
Connection drops
- If the host headset is powered off, or the distance between the host and remote headsets is too far, the remote headsets will be disconnected from the host, and the indicators on the remote headsets will turn into slow green flickers and play the “Disconnected” voice prompt.
- When the remote headsets are disconnected from the host headset, you can reconnect the headsets by powering on the host headset or putting the host and remote headsets back into the communication distance, the remote headsets will automatically reconnect to the host headset. The remote headsets’ indicator will stay on with a green light and will play the “Connected” voice prompt.
Pairing and host headset memory clearing
- Switch the power button on both the host and remote headsets to “ON”.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the host headset for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The indicator will show fast green flickers, with no prompt voice.
- Press and hold the pairing button on remote headsets for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The remote headsets will play a “Pairing” voice prompt, and the indicator will show fast green flickers.
- If the pairing succeeds, remote headsets will playthe “Pairing success” voice prompt and the indicator will show slow green flickers.
- Please press and hold the pairing button on the host headset for 3 seconds to exit pairing.
Note: Please ensure you exit pairing mode before using Accsoon CoMo for communication.
Memorize pairing information
- One host headset can connect and memorize 8 remote headsets at the maximum. If your host headset’s memory isn’t fully used, you can follow previous guidelines to pair and add new remote headset(s).
- A single remote headset can only store pairing information of one host headset at a time. To pair it with a new host headset, please follow the instructions in the previous guideline to clear the remote headset’s pairing memory and then pair it with the new host headset.
Note: If you have multiple Accsoon CoMo host and/or remote headsets, follow the previous guidelines to arrange the pairing memory of each host/remote group. Two separate groups of Accsoon CoMo can work in the same place without interference.
Pairing overtime
- The pairing mode will last for 120s. The headsets will automatically exit pairing mode.If host/remote headsets are unable to pair up within the time limit, follow previous guidelines to restart pairing.
Pairing memory clearing
If your host headset has already memorized 8 remote headsets, to replace the remote headsets, please follow the steps below to clear the existing pairing memory.
- Switch your host headset power switch to “ON”.
- Press and hold both the volume up “+” and down “-” button for 3 seconds. The host headset’s indicator will alternately flash red and green lights, indicating that the host headset has entered the memory-clearing process
- Once the pairing memory is fully cleared, the host headset’s indicator will change to slow green flickers.
Note: You only need to execute the pairing memory-clearing process on the host headset. After you fully cleared the memory of the host headsets, please follow the previous guideline to pair up the host and remote headsets, The new pairing information will be automatically memorized after successful pairing.
Warranty
- If product quality-related issues occur within 15 days of receiving the product, Accsoon provides complimentary maintenance or replacement.
- Under proper use and maintenance, from the date of receipt, Accsoon provides a one-year warranty on the main product (headset, battery charger) and a three-month warranty on the battery. Free maintenance service is availableduring the warranty period.
- Please keep the proof of purchase and the user manual.
Warranty exclusion
- Out of warranty period (If the proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty will be calculated from the date the product is delivered from the manufacturer).
- Damage caused by use or maintenance of not following the requirements of the user manual.
- Accessories not covered by warranty (ear cushions, windscreens, headset sleeves, storage bags and containers).
- Unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly.
- Damage caused by force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning strike, etc.

FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement
- The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaging over one gram of tissue. Device types: ACCSOON CoMo (FCC ID: 2AOH401MIC02) has also been tested against this SAR limit.
- The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the ear is 0.063W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 0mm from the body.
- To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 0mm separation distance between the user’s body and the back of the handset.
- The use of belt clips, holsters,s, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly.
- The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
Body-worn Operation
- This device was tested for typical body-worn operations. To comply with RF exposure requirements, a minimum separation distance of 0mm must be maintained between the user’s body and the handset, including the antenna.
- Third-party belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories used by this device should not contain any metallic components.
- Body-worn accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or approved antenna.
