- When a few device interfaces are connected, the device can be used normally, only by connecting one of our equipped C to C lines.
Note: When the external equipment is fully loaded, a 60-100W charging device is not included. It needs to be connected to power to ensure that all interfaces can be used normally. - This laptop docking supports up to 4K@60 Hz resolution. The output depends on the maximum output resolution supported by your laptop’s graphics card and the screen display you use.

Note: MacOS DOES NOT SUPPORT MST MMODE.All 3 display peripherals will mirror the desktop interface. - To use the 24W fast charging interface to charge other peripheralsdevices, you must connect a 60-100W charging device (not included) to the laptop docking to power the device, to ensure that all interfaces can be used normally; Note: Less than 60W charger charging power is lower, while it will pull off the power of other devices interfaces, resulting in the rest of the interface can not work stably, and efficiently.

FAQs
How do I make sure my laptop works with this dock?
This dock works with laptops with a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery. To confirm the USB-C port function of your laptop, consult your user manual or contact your laptop manufacturer. If your USB-C port doesn't support DisplayPort Alt Mode, you won't receive video output. If your USB-C port does support Power Delivery, the dock will work correctly with video and data, including audio and Ethernet, but would not be able to supply charging to your laptop.
Can I use my own USB-C cable to connect the dock to my laptop?
It's recommended that you use the included 3 ft USB-C cable. If you need to use different cables due to loss, etc., it is recommended to use a fully functional C-to-C cable that can support data transmission, video display, and charging functions.
Do I need to install any drivers to use the dock?
NO, this dock is plug and play and can be used without installing any drivers.
Is this dock compatible with computers that have a Thunderbolt 3 port?
Yes, however, it can only deliver a maximum bandwidth of 10Gbps, so it can not reach the maximum bandwidth of Thunderbolt 40Gbps.

This situation doesn't happen very often, but if you are having this problem, try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB C cable or restarting the dock.
