Product Usage Instructions:

1. Outline:

The LCC33-USB series is a small compression-type load cell
calibrated for force measurement. It is connected to a computer via
a USB cable for measurement purposes.

2. Cautions:

  • Mount the load cell on a secure, rigid, and flat surface.
  • Clean the mounting surface to remove any dust or dirt before
    installation.
  • Avoid applying unbalanced load, lateral load, or bending
    moments to the load cell.

3. Names:

  • Load Cell Cable: 3 mm length, 0.9 m
  • USB Cable: 4 mm length, 1.2 m
  • Digital Filter: Select from None, 0.7, 1.0,
    1.4, 2.0, 2.8, 4.0, 5.6, 8.0, 11.0 Hz (Initial value 1.0 Hz)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

1. How do I mount the load cell securely?

To mount the load cell securely, ensure the surface is rigid and
flat. Clean the surface before mounting and avoid applying
unbalanced loads or bending moments.

2. What is the power supply voltage for the load cell?

The load cell operates on DC5V using USB bus power.

3. How should I handle the load cell when exposed to direct
sunlight?

If mounting the load cell in direct sunlight, use heat
insulating materials to prevent temperature gradients and avoid
damage to the load cell.
