BA101 Clamping Method Manual
The positive and negative clips of the battery inspection instrument are composed of two contacts that are insulated from each other (see Figure 1). When testing, make sure that each contact is in good contact and insulated from each other.

Conclusion : Make sure that both contacts of the positive and negative clips are in good contact to get right values.
