USER SAFETY GUIDE

• Failure to follow the safety guides outlined below can result in product malfunction or other unforeseen mishaps.
• Please install and use the product as instructed in the User Manual.
• For pets older than 3 months only.
• For indoor use only.
• This device is using low voltages. However, pets can still damage the power cord if they chew on it. Please keep your pets away from the cord.
• Place on a level surface, do not overturn the device. Otherwise, it may cause a malfunction or water leakage.
• Do not immerse or soak the main body base in water.
• Clean well before using.
• If the device is not used for a long period of time or is moved, please unplug the power cord.
• Children should only be allowed to operate this device under the supervision of an adult.
• Repairs should only be done under the guidance of a professional to avoid safety hazards.
• Please check the remaining water in the drinking fountain before taking your vacation.
• If you encounter any issues using the product, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

Disposal

The European directive 2012 / 19 / CE on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment(WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream.
