Skydroid G11 Overview
The Skydroid G11 is a flagship Linux-based remote controller designed for ultra-stable, smooth, low-latency, secure industrial-grade control. It features a 4.5-inch full HD touchscreen, dual 2.4GHz/5.8GHz automatic frequency hopping, 11 physical control channels, and supports video/data transmission for unmanned systems.

Quick Setup & Use

1. Charge the remote controller: Fully charge using the original charger (about 3 hours). For battery health, fully charge once every month.
2. Open the antenna correctly: Ensure the antenna is opened properly before testing/operation.
3. Perform an indoor range test (optional): Separate transmitter and receiver by 3 to 4 walls, then compare signal strength while gripping the left/right transmitter antennas and left/right receiver antennas.
4. Power on/off the remote controller: Short press and long hold the power button to turn on; repeat short press and long hold to turn off.
5. Power & bind the receiver: Follow the receiver-specific binding method (GR01 or G12 RX) and start frequency binding in the remote controller: Settings → Wireless Settings → Frequency Binding → Start Frequency Binding.
6. Connect video/data transmission: Connect the receiver’s SBUS & data transmission port to the S3 flight controller’s corresponding SBUS & data transmission port, and connect the receiver LAN port to the gimbal camera LAN port.
7. Set video stream (RTSP): On the remote controller: Settings → (Video Settings) → RTSP, then read/enter the camera RTSP pull stream address and save.
8. Optionally share data/video via QGC on Windows: Connect G11 LAN to the PC Ethernet adapter (configure PC Ethernet to the 192.168.144.x network segment), then in QGC add a UDP Comm Link and enter the specified server settings; for video, open the camera RTSP stream address as provided.

Troubleshooting

• Binding does not complete: During frequency binding, maintain less than 50 cm distance between the transmitter and receiver. For GR01, confirm the receiver indicator behavior (green solid / blue blinking during setup; blue rapid flash during binding; blue solid on success). For G12 RX, confirm the indicator behavior and follow the short-circuit/power-cycle method described.
• Video/data connection fails after setup: Check that the receiver serial port baud rate matches the flight controller data transmission port baud rate. The S3 flight controller baud rate is stated as 921600. Also verify wiring definition: RX must connect to TX.
• Charging issues: If smoke, abnormal odors, or liquid leakage occur while charging the ground station, stop charging immediately and send the unit back for maintenance. Do not charge in temperatures above the stated limit in the manual section.

1. These terms apply only to products manufactured by SkydroidTechnology(FUJIAN) Co., Ltd., and also to products sold by authorized Skydroiddistributors. 2.For products with non-human-caused quality issues verified by our companywithin one week from the date of purchase, Skydroid shall bear theround-tripcourier fees for the returned products. When returning a product for repair, the purchase certificate, warrantycard, or online platform transaction record must be provided. 4.If a Skydroid product has non-human-caused quality issues under normal usewithin seven days from the date of purchase, with no appearance damage, theuser may negotiate with the distributor for a free replacement of thesame-model product by presenting the warranty card and purchasecertificate. Distributors are requested to notify Skydroid immediately for record-filingwhen receiving the product to be replaced. 5.Skydroid Technology (FUJIAN) Co., Ltd. provides lifelong after-sales servicefor Skydroid products. For non-human-caused quality issues, free warrantyservice is offered within one year from the date of purchase. Overview
1. Product Features
G11 is Skydroid’s first flagship remote controller equipped witha Linuxoperating system. Ditching traditional open-source solutions, the G11adoptsin-depth customization and closed development based on the Linux kernel. Itcompletely eliminates system redundancies, fundamentally avoidingsoftwareconflicts and crash risks, and delivers an ultra-stable, smooth, low-latencyandsecure industrial-grade control experience for users. Weighing only 480g, the unit features an ergonomic curved body that
significantly reduces fatigue during prolonged holding. Built-in a high-capacity10000mAh battery, it delivers an ultra-long runtime of 5 to 6 hours tofullyguarantee uninterrupted operations. In terms of communication, it supportsautomatic switching between the 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz dual frequencybands, with a maximum control range of 20km, maintaining rock-solid signal
performance even in complex electromagnetic environments. It is fitted with a 4.5-inch 1920×1080 full HD screen that presents delicateandlifelike images, and supports real-time OSD overlay to display flight dataandvideo transmission status at a glance. Equipped with 11 precisely arrangedphysical control channels with distinct tactile feedback, it enables blindoperation without visual check. 2. Main Uses and Scope of Application

Power Supply Mode and Precautions
G11 ground station is built with an integrated rechargeable lithiumbatteryandadopts a standard Type-C interface compatible with mainstreamaccessorieson the market. Please charge the device with the original charger.

Method 1:
①Power on the remote controller and supply power to the receiver. After
power-up, the green light stays solid on, the blue light blinks intermittently, and the fan rotates periodically. ②Long press the frequency binding button on the receiver until thebluelightflashes rapidly, then release the button. ③Tap Settings ⚙–〉Wireless Settings –〉Frequency Binding –〉Start
Frequency Binding, confirm the operation and wait for binding successprompt. ④Once binding is successful, the receiver’s blue light will stay solidon. Method 2:
①Cycle the receiver power four times quickly; it will automatically enter
binding mode on the fourth power cycle with blue light flashingrapidly. ②Tap Settings ⚙–〉Wireless Settings –〉Frequency Binding –〉Start
Frequency Binding, confirm the operation and wait for binding successprompt. ③Once binding is successful, the receiver’s blue light will stay solidon. Notice: Maintain a distance of less than 50cm between the transmitter andreceiver while performing frequency binding. Receiver 2: G12 RX
Method 1:
①Power on the transmitter and supply power to the receiver. After power-up, the red LED stays solid on while the green LED flashes intermittently. ②Short-circuit the GND pin and KEY pin on the receiver, and releasetheshortcircuit once the green LED flashes rapidly. ③Tap Settings ⚙ –〉Wireless Settings –〉Frequency Binding –〉Start FrequencyBinding, confirm the operation and wait for binding success prompt. ④Once binding is successful, the receiver’s green light will stay solidon.

Store the transmitter in a dry and well-ventilated area, and avoiddirect
sunlight to prevent battery overheating. If storage lasts more thanthreemonths, the recommended storage temperature range is 22°C to28°C. Neverstore the battery in environments below -20°C or above 45°C. Ⅵ. Transportation and Storage
