Product Usage Instructions

Solar Panel Mesh Straight Side Installation:

1. Measure the length of the solar panel with a tape measure.
2. Cut the solar panel mesh according to the panel length with a wire cutter.
3. Compare the height of the solar panel and the solar panel mesh.
4. Fold the extra height of the solar panel mesh at a 45-degree angle with a square wooden rod.
5. Put the hook side of the J-hook through the mesh and hook it to the panel frame.
6. Sleeve the speed washer through the rod of J-Hook, then tighten it against the mesh.
7. Bend the J-hook rod upwards with your hands.
8. Cut off the excess portion of the J-hook rod with pliers.
9. Add J-hook and secure speed washer to fix overlapping meshes according to steps 5-8.

Solar Panel Mesh External Corner Installation:

1. Measure to determine where the bend will go with a tape measure.
2. Cut the mesh into a straight slit near the rooftop in the corner part with a wire cutter.
3. Bend the mesh along the slit at a 90-degree angle and place it around the corner.
4. Fasten the outside corner mesh and solar panel with J-hooks and speed washers.
5. Tie the small solar panel mesh and corner solar panel mesh in place with corner zip ties.
6. Cut off the excess portion of the zip ties on the solar panel meshes with a wire cutter.

Solar Panel Mesh Internal Corner Installation:

1. Match the mesh and solar panel corners to determine the position of the internal corner of the mesh.
2. Cut a 45-degree slit at the solar panel mesh bottom with pliers.
3. Bend 2 ends of mesh in opposite directions to overlap the cut ends.
4. Secure both ends of the inside corner solar panel mesh with J-hooks and speed washers.
5. Lock the bottom slit with zip ties. Cut off the excess portion with a wire cutter.

How to install (when side installation)

• Step 1
  Measure the length of the solar panel with a tape measure.
• Step 2
  Cut the solar panel mesh according to the panel length with a wire cutter.
