  • You cannot charge your device wirelessly in these scenarios:                               Using a case with a magnetic/iron                                                                       Using a case with a pop socket;                                                                           Using an ultra-thick (>5 mm) protective phone case.
  • Do not place any foreign objects between your device and the wireless charger’s surface, including metal pads on a car mount, credit cards, door keys, coins, metal, or NFC cards, which will make wireless charging fail or cause overheating,
  • Wireless chargers make charging more convenient than wired chargers, but confined by current wireless technology, their charging speed is slower than that of wired chargers.
  • High temperatures will reduce charging speed and restrict power, which is a phenomenon common to all wireless chargers. It is recommended that you charge your device in environments with temperatures below 25°C/77°F.
  • Both the protective phone case and the position of your device on the wireless charger will affect the charging speed. The farther it is placed from the center of the wireless charger, the slower the charging speed will be.

    Question

Why is my Anker PowerWave Pad Lite+ A2536 failing to charge my iPhone 14 Pro overnight?

    Answer

If your Anker PowerWave Pad Lite+ (A2536) is failing to charge your iPhone 14 Pro, please check the following common causes based on the user manual:

    • Case Compatibility: Ensure you are not using a case with magnetic or iron components, a pop socket, or a case thicker than 5 mm. The iPhone 14 Pro's large camera bump can sometimes prevent the phone from laying flat enough on the pad if the case is bulky.
    • Alignment: Wireless charging speed and reliability are highly dependent on the position. Ensure the center of the iPhone is aligned directly with the center of the charging pad.
    • Foreign Objects: Check for metal pads, credit cards, keys, or coins between the phone and the charger, as these will cause the charging to fail.
    • Temperature: High temperatures can cause the charger to restrict power or stop charging. Ensure the environment is below 25°C/77°F for optimal performance.
    • Power Source: Ensure you are using a certified cable and a wall adapter that provides sufficient power for the pad.

If the LED indicator is flashing or showing an error state, or if the issue persists after checking these steps, you may want to contact Anker support at support@anker.com or call +1 (800) 988 7973.

  2. Why is my charger suddenly flashing green?

    Manuals+ clarified question
    Question

Why is my Anker PowerWave Pad Lite+ A2536 flashing green?

    Answer

A flashing green light on your Anker PowerWave Pad Lite+ A2536 typically indicates that charging has been interrupted or is failing due to an obstruction or incompatible accessory. According to the manual, you should check for the following:

    • Metal or Magnetic Objects: Ensure there are no metal pads, credit cards, keys, or coins between your phone and the charger.
    • Phone Case Thickness: Ensure your phone case is not thicker than 5 mm.
    • Incompatible Accessories: Remove any cases with magnetic/iron components or pop sockets.
    • Alignment: Ensure your device is centered on the charging pad; being off-center can cause charging failures and slower speeds.
    • Temperature: If the device is too hot, it may restrict power. It is recommended to use the charger in environments below 25°C/77°F.

If none of these resolve the issue, try using a different certified cable or wall adapter to rule out power supply problems.
