Ultimate Bluetooth Controller
- Press home button to turn on the controller
- Hold home button for 3 seconds to turn off the controller
- Hold home button for 8 seconds to force the controller off
- The controller will turn off when placed on the dock
- Plug the 2.46 receiver into the charging dock, then connect it to your Windows device or Switch dock via USB cable for better user experience
- LED lights indicate the player number, 1 LED indicates player 1, 2 LEDs indicate player 2. 4 is the maximum number of players the controller supports for Windows, 8 players for Switch
Switch
- Switch system needs to be 3.0.0 or above
Bluetooth connection
- Turn the mode switch to Bluetooth
- Press home button to turn on the controller
- Hold the pair button for 3 seconds to enter its pairing mode, status LED starts to blink rapidly.(this is required for the veryfirsttime only)
- Go to your Switch home Page to click on Controllers, then click on Change Grip/Order
- Status LED becomes solid when connection is successful
Wireless Connection
- OTG cable is required for Switch Lite
- Go to System Setting> Controller and Sensors> Turn on [Pro Controller Wired Communication]
- NFC scanning, IR camera, HD rumble, notification LED are not supported
- Connect the 2.4G receiver to the USB port of your Switch dock
- Turn the mode switch to 2.4G
- Press home button to turn on the controller, wait till the controller is successfully recognized by your

- Hold the button you would like to set turbo functionality to, then press the star button to activate/deactivate its turbo functionality

It is alright to leave the controller on dock, connected to power most of the time?

What do the 4 green LED lights indicate in the bottom of the controller. I know it’s the status LED but mine only has 1 light lit up most of the time. Sometimes only 2 lit up. Does that mean my controller does not charge fully since not all 4 lights lit up?

I am having issues attempting to use the turbo function on my Bluetooth ultimate controller. I have tried it in bluetooth and 2.4 on the switch I have used the ultimate software to bind it to multiple profiles. I have consulted the website and the manual, and it says that is should be able to press the button and then the status led should begin to rapidly flash and then I should be able to hold the button i want to turbo until the light stops flashing and then press the activation button to start it. I also attempted all the same steps on a windows 10 and 11 device with the same results I don’t know if my product is faulty or not.
