INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Remove Ventilation Knobs

Remove Your Radio
Start by removing your head unit. Use the necessary tools depending on its model.

Pop Out the Switches
Pull out the warning and rear windshield heater buttons, disconnect their wiring, and remove the switches to access the screws behind designated slots.

Unscrew Both Top Screws
Unscrew both phillips head screws carefully to avoid them falling behind your center console. Both screws are tilted forward.

Unscrew the Ventilation Knob Nut
Loosen the nut with a long pair of pliers onto its grooves.

Pull Out the Ventilation Zone Sliders
Safely pull out the ventilation zone sliders.

Pull Out the Ventilation Zone Plate
Pull out the ventilation zone plate, being cautious not to scratch it. You can use a flat screwdriver to reach inside the sliders.

Unscrew the Ventilation Module
Detach the ventilation module by unscrewing the four Phillip head screws.

Locate and Unscrew the Two Bottom Screws
Unscrew the two phillips head screws below the ventilation module using a short screwdriver. The center console is now free to be pulled out.

Pull the Center Console Panel Out
Grab the center console from the head unit slot and pivot it from the left to uninstall it. Disconnect any remaining wiring.

Uninstall Your Clock/OBC
Unscrew the four phillip screws to remove whatever was mounted in your OBC slot.

Install the Sensors Holder
Replace your oil filter cover with the appropriate sensor mount, ensuring to transfer of the gaskets.

Install the Sensors
Screw down the mount and sensors, leaving enough space above the pressure sensor. Tighten the pressure sensor to about 15nm (12 ft-lbs).

Drill Through the Cable Grommet
Remove the underdash knee panel, locate the cable grommet, and drill it as shown in the picture.

Feed the Wires Through the Grommet
Connect the sensors to their wires and feed the connectors through the grommet. Use pliers to grab the cable from the engine bay if needed.

Install the OBC
Install the OBC on the center console panel, plug in its harness, connect both sensor connectors, and ensure proper functionality.

Secure the harness
Secure the harness with zip ties in the engine bay and cabin. Put the underdash cover back.

Reinstall the center consol.e
Tricky step – Start by fitting the left part of the center console panel into the dash. Make sure not to lose the bottom tabs. You can already replace the ventilation module and screw it down with the 4x Phillips -head screws and the knob nut. Then, the whole center console panel should slide back in when you push it.

Reverse the first steps to reinstall the know bs, screws, plate and head unit. Pushing the center consolelike shown can help to fasten the bottom screw.s
