This shelving unit features a boltless design for straightforward assembly. It is recommended to wear work gloves during this process.

Unpack all parts and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Identify the upright posts, crossbeams, and MDF panels.

1. Connect the upright posts using the provided connectors to form the desired height. Ensure the keyhole slots face inwards.
2. Attach the horizontal crossbeams to the upright posts by inserting the tabs into the keyhole slots and pressing down firmly to secure. Start with the bottom and top frames.
3. Ensure all connections are tight and stable. A rubber mallet (not included) may be used gently to tap components into place if needed.

Step 3: Install MDF Panels

Once the frame is assembled, place the MDF panels onto the crossbeams for each shelf level. Ensure they sit flush within the frame.

Step 4: Wall Attachment (Anti-Tip Kit)

For enhanced stability and safety, especially in areas with children or pets, attach the shelving unit to a wall using the included anti-tip kit. Follow the instructions provided with the kit for proper installation.

The shelves can be adjusted in 1.4-inch increments to customize storage space. To adjust a shelf:

Dividing the Unit

This 5-tier unit can be divided into two separate, shorter shelving units (e.g., a 3-tier and a 2-tier unit) for increased versatility. To divide the unit, separate the upright posts at the middle connection point and assemble two independent frames. Ensure each new unit is stable and, if necessary, secured to a wall.
