开放式烟道燃烧设备（例如ample, gas, oil, wood or coal-fi red heaters, tankless water heaters, water heaters) pulls combustion air from the room and runs it through an exhaust pipe or chimney to the outside. In the extraction mode, indoor air is removed from the kitchen and the adjacent rooms without sufficient air intake this creates a vacuum. Toxic gases from the chimney or extraction flue can thereby be sucked back into the living spaces.

安装
- The ceiling from which the unit is suspended must be able to support at least 40 kg of weight and must be at least 30 mm thick. Drill a 170 mm hole in the ceiling. 2.
- Drill 12 holes in the ceiling as shown in Figure 2 and fix the suspension with 6*40 mm screws. Use 8 M4*10 bolts and M4 gasket nuts with gasket to attach the iron angle to the suspension. After calculating the length of the iron angle (see Fig. 1), use 16 M4*10 bolts and M4 gasket nuts to attach one more iron angle to the iron angle. The angles must overlap by at least 10 cm!
- Pass one end of the exhaust hose through the hole in the ceiling (see Figure 3).
- Use 4 ST4*8 screws to fi x the internal chimney (see picture 4). To install the external chimney, you need the hooks shown in picture 4.
- Use 4 ST4*8 screws to fi x the external casing (see picture 5).
- Hold the exhaust hood up and fasten it with 16 M4*10 screws (see Fig. 6).
- Attach the exhaust hose to the air outlet (see Fig. 7).
- Make sure everything is properly seated, remove the hooks from the external chimney to complete the installation (see Figure 8).
INSTALLATION OF AN ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER

Activated carbon filters are used to bind odors. Typically, the activated charcoal filter should be changed after three or six months, depending on how often you cook. Install the activated carbon filter is as follows:
- First remove the aluminum filter to be removed first. Open the latch and remove it.
- Insert the activated carbon filter into the device and turn it counterclockwise. Repeat the same on the other side.
