Wiring

  1. Prepare the power cables according to the color coding of Live Wire L1/L2/L3 and neutral wire.
  2. Connect the four power cables to the voltage L1/L2/L3 inputs and neutral conductor input on the Smart Meter 3CT.
  3. Connect the neutral wire, already connected to the Smart Meter 3CT, to the N wire terminal in the electrical box.
  4. Connect the Live Wire L1/L2/L3, already connected to the Smart Meter 3CT, to the corresponding terminal of the circuit breaker.
  5. Connect the 120A Current Transformers (CT1-CT3) sequentially to the 120A Current Transformer Connectors on the Smart Meter 3CT. If you purchased 50A Current Transformers, connect them to the 50A Current Transformer Connector.
  6. Install the 120A CT on live wires L1, L2, and L3 off the CD, following the current flow direction. Each CT is marked with P1 → P2. The arrow direction (P1 → P2) must align with the current flow in the circuit. This means:
    1. The P1 side of the CT should be positioned towards the grid
    2. The P2 side should be positioned towards the home
    3. This orientation must be followed for all three phases (L1, L2, and L3)|
