ScanMaster-ELM v2.1 Installation and Registration

Preparation

Before starting the installation, it is recommended to turn off your anti-virus software to avoid potential interference.

Installation Steps

1. Locate and open the ScanMaster-ELM v2.1 folder.
2. Click to install ScanMaster-ELM_2.1.
3. Upon opening the software, a prompt will appear requesting a registration key.

Registration Process

To register ScanMaster-ELM:

1. The software will display an Install Code, for example: FC8285AC1D8ED.
2. Navigate to the KeyGen-scanmaster... folder.
3. Open the key generator application within this folder.
4. Copy the Install Code from the ScanMaster-ELM software.
5. Paste the copied Install Code into the key generator.
6. Click the "Generate Key" button to obtain a Generated Key.
7. Copy the generated key.
8. Return to the ScanMaster-ELM registration prompt and paste the generated key into the appropriate field.
9. Click the "Register" button to complete the registration.

A confirmation message, such as "1 Keys Registered", will appear upon successful registration.

Post-Registration

After successful registration, the main interface of ScanMaster-ELM will appear, providing access to its features. The interface includes options such as:

• Monitored Test Results
• Vehicle Info
• Actuator
• Live Data Grid
• System Status

The software is now ready for use.
