5.1 Attaching Mounting Brackets
The linear actuator comes with mounting brackets for secure installation. Follow these steps to attach them:
- Align the mounting bracket with the end of the linear actuator.
- Insert a screw rod through the holes of the bracket and the actuator's mounting point.
- Secure the screw rod with an R-type pin.
- Repeat for the other end of the actuator.

5.2 Asopọ onirin
The linear actuator requires a DC12V power supply and a controller (not included) for operation. Proper wiring is crucial for functionality and safety.
- Connect the two wires of the actuator to a 12V battery or appropriate power supply.
- To extend the actuator, connect the blue wire to the positive terminal and the gray wire to the negative terminal.
- Lati fa ẹrọ amuṣiṣẹ pada, yi asopọ ebute pada (waya buluu si odi, waya grẹy si rere).
- Akiyesi: Only the pushrod is included. Additional installation accessories, 12V 8A power supply, and controller parts need to be purchased separately.
- Pataki: When two motors are controlled simultaneously, their operating speeds may differ and cannot be perfectly synchronized.

6. Awọn ilana Iṣiṣẹ
Once properly installed and wired, the linear actuator can be operated via a compatible controller (not supplied). The actuator features a pre-installed internal limit switch for automatic stopping.
- Itẹsiwaju: Apply DC12V power with correct polarity (blue to positive, gray to negative) to extend the actuator rod. It will automatically stop when it reaches its fully extended position.
- Iyọkuro: Reverse the polarity of the DC12V power supply (blue to negative, gray to positive) to retract the actuator rod. It will automatically stop when it reaches its fully retracted position.
- Iduro: Nigbati agbara ba wa ni pipa, actuator yoo wa ni ipo lọwọlọwọ.
