The LCD display provides clear information about your measurements and device status:

The SOVARCATE HS960D requires 2 AAA batteries (included). To install or replace batteries:

4. אָפּעראַציע

4.1 מעאַסורינג

To measure the surface temperature of an object:

1. Point the infrared thermometer at the target object.
2. Press and hold the trigger (SCAN button) to activate the laser and begin scanning. The laser will help you pinpoint the exact measurement area.

4.4 Using the Included Meat Thermometer

The included probe-style meat thermometer is designed for measuring internal temperatures of food. It has a range of -58°F to +572°F (-50°C to +300°C).

1. Insert the stainless steel probe into the thickest part of the food, avoiding bone.
2. Wait for the reading on the LCD screen to stabilize.
3. Clean the probe thoroughly after each use.
