Using the Watch
Heart Rate Monitoring
- To easure your heart rate, navigate to the heart rate screen and press start. Ensure the watch is snug on your wrist.
Sleep Tracking
- Wear the watch while sleeping to automatically track your sleep patterns. View detailed reports in the app.
Notifications
- Enable notifications in the app to receive alerts for calls, messages, and apps directly on your watch.
Maintenance
- Keep the watch clean and dry.
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures.
- Regularly update the app for the latest features and improvements.

- Preparation
- Please ensure the watch is fully charged for the first time usage. If you can’t switch it on due to low battery, please charge it for 2-2.5 hours. When you charging the watch, there is a “charging sign” on the screen.
- How to charge Please take out the watch and the cable from the box. Hold the charging clip and match the points on the back of the watch, and plug the charging jack into the power supply to charge. When the battery is fully charged, the battery grid is displayed as full.
- How to wear
- Wear the watch on the left hand,
- Close the backside sensor to skin,
- Adjust the fitable size to wear, and press the clip button,insert the strap into the hole.

- Method1: Scan the code to download the APP.
- Method2: Please ensure the bluetooth is on, and open “DayBand”. Click the selection of bracelet link, find the device name in the list, and click it. The,n enter the main interface.
- The function specifications
Heart rate monitoring: The device will automatically measure the heart rate in the whole clock point. You can also manually measure the heart rate with the app; When the watch is switched to Heart rate mode, the device will automatically start measurement. If you don’t want to measure the heart rate, press the mode button.
Multi-Sport mode: There are several sports modes, like run, bike, jump, etc. Under each mode, it records calories burnt and activity time.
Distance display: Show the total distance (km/mi) of movement.
Calories Mode: Displays total calories(kcal) burned.
Call reminder:- Open the “Call reminder” bracelet will vibrate when a call comes in.
Message reminder: Open the “Message “app, it will gently vibrate to remind you when a new message (SMS, QQ, Wechat, Facebook, Twitter).
Sleep monitoring: Automatically monitor your whole sleep quality and analyze the deep sleep and light sleep hours.
OTA upgrade: It will continue to optimize and update for the functions.
Turn on/off: Long-press the mode button to switch it on. Long-press the power off page on the screen to switch it off.
Blood pressure/Blood oxygen monitor: The device will automatically measure the current Blood oxygen/blood pressure situation at the whole clock point.
You can also manually measure the, the device will automaticily start.
Time/Clock Set: In the “setting page to find this two mode, long-press to enter, short-press to switch the number, and long-press to confirm

- Some functions like message pushing or caller ID display may not compatiable with some types of smart phone, Which is normal.
FAQ
Can't find bracelet and can't connect with it?
1. Please ensure the bluetooth is ON and the system of mobile phone is Android 4.4 or above and iOS 8.4 or above. 2. If it still unable to connect, enter the phone settings .. Application Management..Authorization Management.. Application Rights Management..Find application DayBand..Allow all permissions as allowed... Enter the phone settings and select GPS location and turn on GPS function. Restart the phone.. Try to connect. 3. Please ensure bracelet is fully charged. Do feel free to contact us if it can't work when full charged.
The APP shows no connection after bound with bracelet, or it is connected but the power is 0%?
In this case the App is not bound with bracelet successfully please rebind.
Cannot connect the device with APP?
Pull down and refresh main interface it will manually to synchronize the data then it display data in the APP. Auto-sync data will only be synchronized at first binding. Then it will automatic synchronize of data hourly. In addition dont forget to open hourly measurement. Otherwise histogram hasn t any data.
Pull-down and refresh APP,the data is not loaded?
App settings Restore the factory settings...Click restore factory settings...Turn on the bracelet Restart bracelet Match with APP. Then data can be loaded out.
Time for bracelet is not accurate?
When the bracelet run out of power, the time of it may be in error after being recharged. Please connect with the mobile and the bracelet will automatically synchronize the time.
The bracelet time is not synchronized after connecting with the phone?
Mobile phone settings Application management or rights management... Open permissions of APP Reconnect the bracelet Pull down and refresh it at main interface of the APP.
