When the WIN key is locked, it cannot be used; in MAC mode it functions as the OPTION key.

QMK-VIA driver connection

Connection steps

  1. Enter the Womier official website www.womierkeyboard.com, click “Support-Software Downloading” in the upper right menu, and download the RD75 related json file.
  2. Enter the VIA official website: https://usevia.app/
  3. After clicking the 03 Womier-RD75-Rapid-Disassembly-QMK-VIA-Wireless-Keyboard-FIG- (7) SETTINGS icon in the upper right, open the “Show Design Tab” in the menu.
  4. After clicking the Womier-RD75-Rapid-Disassembly-QMK-VIA-Wireless-Keyboard-FIG- (8) DESIGN icon above, click “LOAD” on the right side of Load Draft Defnition below, and open the json file in the pop-up box to import (select the corresponding json according to the keyboard configuration/connection method).
  5. After clicking the Womier-RD75-Rapid-Disassembly-QMK-VIA-Wireless-Keyboard-FIG- (9) CONFIGURE icon in the upper left, click “Authorize device+” below, select the device “RD75” in the pop-up box and click “Connect”.
  6. Return to the Womier-RD75-Rapid-Disassembly-QMK-VIA-Wireless-Keyboard-FIG- (9)CONFIGURE page, you can see that via has recognized the keyboard. Now you can change the keys
  7. Function introduction
    • KEYMAP: basic key modification
    • MACROS: macro editing
    • SAVE+ LOAD: save/load key layout
    • LIGHTING: lighting settings
    • LAYER 0 1 2 3: modify the key settings of different “layers” to achieve a variety of effects (Fn is ” 1″ layer).
      RD75 is a standard QMK lighting effect, including up to 50 lighting modes,the default is streamer mode.

Note: The QMK system cannot turn the LOGO light on or off separately. If you need to tum off the backlighUlogo light separately in the RGB version, you can do so by adjusting the brightness separately (the lowest brightness is to turn off the light).

Enable/Disable ultra-low latency mode

  • Non-RGB/RGB version: Press FN +H, front RGB light bar will rapidly flash white three times to indicate activation. Press it again, and it will flash once to indicate deactivation.
  • Wired: 2ms latency
  • Bluetooth: Approximately Sms latency.

Battery Management

POWER MANAGEMENT 

Check Battery Level 

  • Wireless connection: Press and hold the FN+BACKSPACE to check the power:
  • RGB version: The number keys 1 ~Oare always on to show the power percentage, 1 means 0-10%, 1-2 means 10-20%, until 1-0 are all always on to indicate 80-100%; the power is below 30% and bright red; 30%-60% is bright yellow; above 60% is bright green.
  • Non-RGB version: The number keys 1 ~5 are always on to show the power percentage, 1 means 0-20%, 1-2 means 20-40%, until 1-5 are all always on to indicate 80-100%. The power is below 20% and bright red; 20%-60% is bright yellow; above 60% is bright green.
  • Wired mode: Long press FN+BACKSPACE to check charging status. Numbers 1-10 green wave state (1-5 for matte version) indicate charging, and numbers 1-10 (1-5 for matte version) green steady state indicates 100% charge.

Charging mode 

  • Low battery prompt: The front logo will continue to flash slowly in red to indicate low battery until it is connected to a charging device.

Mode setting and pairing

Bluetooth

  1. In the plug-in or wireless mode, the battery switch should be in the “ON” position.
  2. Press and hold FN+l/2/3 to start pairing (the corresponding indicator light flashes blue quickly), and the Bluetooth pairing name is RD75.
  3. Supports up to three devices; press FN+1/2/3 to switch devices (short press to switch, long press to pair).

Wired 

  1. Insert the USB-C connection cable into the keyboard port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the computer.
  3. Use FN+5 to switch to the indicator light of the number 5 key.
    The backlight mode will be restored after the white light is on for 2s.

Other notes

  1. The keyboard will go into sleep mode after 3 minutes of inactivity, and the light will be turned off.
  2. The pairing process for both Bluetooth modes is indicated by slow flashing lights (Bluetooth with 11/2@/3# flashing blue, and flashing green). Once the connection is successful, the indicator lights will return to their normal backlight status.
  3. The Bluetooth pairing search time is set to 1 minute. You can increase the Bluetooth pairing time by long-pressing FN+11/2@/3#/4$. If there is no successful connection within 1 minute of inactivity, the keyboard will enter sleep mode.

FAQ

Why is my WIN key not working?
In the case of locking the WIN key by pressing FN+WIN, the WIN key cannot be triggered for use. To unlock it, simply press FN+WIN again.

Why have my WIN key and ALT key swapped,and my F1-F12 keys become non-responsive or turned into function keys?”
After long-pressing FN+S for 3 seconds, the keyboard will switch to MAC mode. In this mode, on a Windows system, the WIN key and ALT key will swap positions, and the F1-F12 keys will become function keys.
To switch back to Windows mode, long-press FN+A for 3 seconds again.

How can I customize keybindings and use macro functions?
You can download the latest driver and JSON file from the official website www.womierkeyboard.com to experience the full functionality of the RD75 keyboard. RD75 supports QMK-VIA to customize keys functions and macro.
