Thank you for choosing WOLFANG WS02 outdoor security camera. We provide 30 days return policy and 24 months limited warranty. Send order number to support.vc@wolfang.co and you can extend the return period from 30 days to 90 days.

Product Overview

Note: The micro SD card slot and reset button is at the bottom of the camera, open the cover to insert or take out the micro SD card. The reset button is designed inside.

Setting up

1. Download the osaio App by scanning the QR code on the right and create an account.
2. Connect the camera to a power outlet and wait for 15 seconds until red status light flashes.
3. Connect your phone to 2.4G Wi-Fi and login in osaio App and click “+”on the front page.
4. Follow the instruction on the app to finish the steps of connection.

Important Safety Instructions

• Do not use damaged charger or USB cable to charge the device.
• Do not use any other chargers than those recommended.
• Do not use the device where wireless devices are not allowed.
• Adapter shall be easily accessible.
• Keep the device away from fire or hot environments. DO NOT immerse in water or any other liquid.
• Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product.
• Do not use the product if the casing has been broken. Danger of electric shock.
• Never touch the product with wet hands.
• Do not place near automatically controlled devices such as fire alarms. Radio waves emitted from this product may cause such devices to malfunction resulting in an accident.
• Observe restrictions on using wireless products in fuel depots, chemical plants or when blasting operations are in progress.
• Product should be kept away from heat sources such as radiators, cookers etc.
  – it should not be placed in places where the temperature is less than -20 degrees or greater than 45 degrees.
• This product may interfere with other electronic products such as TV, radios, personal computers, phones or other wireless devices.

Due to the used enclosure material, the product shall only be connected to a USB interface of version 2.0 or higher. The adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.o not use the Device in the environment at too high or too low temperature, never expose the Device under strong sunshine or too wet environment.
The suitable temperature of the equipment is -20°C-60°C. When charging, please place the device in an environment that has a normal room temperature and good ventilation.
It is recommended to charge the device in an environment with a temperature that ranges from 5°C~25°C.

RF exposure information: The Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) level has been calculated based on a distance of d=20cm between the device and the human body. To maintain compliance with RF exposure requirement, use product that maintain a 20cm distance between the device and human body.
