3. Thiết lập
- Combine Decks: Shuffle the 16 Speed Pack cards into your existing classic UNO deck.

Playing Speed Pack Cards

- Discarding Cards: When a Speed Pack card is played, the number of cards players must discard per turn increases.
- Play starts at level '1' (discard one card).
- At level '2', players must discard two cards.
- At level '3', players must discard three cards, and so on.
