Quick Start Guide
1. Download VeryFitPro app
The smart band need to pair with the smalt phone through app. Before downloading, please refer to working condition for mobile. Way to download 1: Searching the QR code, scan and download app.

Please use the QR code Scan tool to scan the following QR code and open the link and download app. In case there is any problem to open the link, please try to copy the link and open it by browser.

Way to download 2: Search in the phone market and download.
Please search and download the “VeryFitPro” from App Store or Google play store.

2. Device Activate & Charge
Make sure power is working normally before initial use. In case device is under low battery, connect the device to the charger. Device will automatically boot up (please connect the USB in normal DC pott (5V-500mA) for charging as below. The host should be separated from the strap when charging).

3. Pair the device
Open pair device in the app, please make sure the Bluetooth is ON when pair the device. When searching and pairing device, please long press on the screen of the device and activate the device (light on). App will search the device automatically, choose the device name and connect the device to the app.

How to Use

Once the device connected to the app successfully, it will record and analyze your activities and sleep automatically, Touch the click toggle, the display order is as follows

Notification Mode instruction :
1.Under incoming call, message notify mode, the screen will still display the
last time text and sliding, when there is a new notification coming in.
2. If there is a call or message come, the device will force into call/message alert mode no matter under whatever other mode, after quit, it returns to previous mode.

Functions Instruction
Activities Record: Record daily activities, you could check daily activities including steps, distance and calorie consumption in the app; Sleep Monitoring: Device could automatically recognize your state and monitoring the whole sleep progress with analyzing the deep sleep and light sleep hours; Notification Alerts: Alarm alert, call alert, sedentary alert, etc. by silent vibration; Anti-Lost: When the smart phone is beyond the Bluetooth range (5m), the device vibrates to remind. Remote Camera Control: Operation on the semen could control remote photograph shooting. Heart Rate Monitoring: Device monitors your heart rate status and help 11.r make suitable exercise plan. Device Data Storage: The activity data will be cleared every O:OOam as a cycle, but the device itself could restore 7 days’ data, after 7 days, the data will be cleared. We suggest user to sync data with app at least one time within 7 days during use.

Can’t find device when pairing device?
Please make sum the smart phone Bluetooth is ON and smart phone OS Android 4.4 & above and iOS 7.1 & above. Please make sure the device is near the smart phone when pairing (normal 0.5m) and among the normal Bluetooth communication distance range (within 10w). Please make sure the device is not under low battery. If there is still problem after full charge, please contact us.

Can’t connect the device with app?
Some smart phone Bluetooth service will be abnormal when reboot. Please reboot the Bluetooth or reboot smart phone for pairing device.

How to Restore Factory Defaults
Make sure the device is connected with app, go in the app, enter
“Mine-SystemSetting” and choose “Reboot Device”.

How to update the device
Make sure the device is connected with app, go in the app “Device –
Device update”, please wait some minutes before update done.

  1. I (foolishly) pressed the off switch on my wrist bracelet and now can’t turn it on again. Any advice very welcome – I miss it!

    1. I pressed the off switch on my wrist bracelet while trying to pair it my phone. I can’t figure out how to turn it back on. Can someone tell me how?

      1. Actually you need to be fairly forceful when detaching the strap to charge the device, and even more forceful when re-attaching the strap (so I have found).

    1. The strap will pull off the watch section, this way you can charge it, or replace the strap if you want. Just give a firm tug.

  2. I often go to bed around 7 or 8pm. The watch does not record my sleep until 11pm. It NEVER records my first 3-4 hours. Why? Several times a week it doesn’t start recording until 4 AM.

  6. I misplaced my FitFort Smart HRM bracelet several months ago, but found it this morning. I bought a new phone a month ago (Pixel 3 XL), installed Very Fit Pro app, but cannot connect my device with my phone. I have followed the instructions that came with the device. The app does sees the device but will not bind. The phone sees the device, and will connect via Bluetooth.

    I am eager to again use my device, but am frustrated that I cannot connect bracelet to my phone. Please advise.

  9. The monitor records the data on the app on my phone and does not send the data to the Google Fit app. It has been paired and was transferring the information, but now does not connect to that app. How do I correct this?

  19. This afternoon I seem inadvertently to have changed the tracker setting from recording steps to overall monitoring, and need to know how to reset it so it goes back to recording my daily steps.   26. The only way my device will keep track of my steps is if I manually sync.
    It used to automatically sync and I could go a week or more and when I’d check the app, there was all my data.
    But now I have to do it each night before bed and if I forget, then there is zero data for that day.

  27. Two days ago I had over 12,000 steps and yesterday and today my steps are not being recorded. However, as I go through the various taps on the screen I do come to one that seems to be recording “minutes”. In fact, it now reads “853min”. Is this part of the problem of not recording steps?   48. How long does it take to recharge? And how do I know if it’s charging? I saw that the voltage is right but I think something is wrong because I left it all night and the battery icon is still in red.
