Product Overview
The SUPVAN E10 is a portable Bluetooth label maker designed for easy and versatile label creation. It connects to a smartphone app for customization and printing.
What's in the Box
- 1 Printer
- 1 Cable
- 1 Label Tape (accessories are optional)
Install the Label Tape
Follow these steps to install the label tape:
- Do not remove the white sticker from the label roll.
- Ensure the label tape is inserted with the correct side down.
- After installation, pull the front end of the label out from the paper exit.
The Printer
Power Button
- Hold: Turn on/off.
- Single-click: Repeat last printing / adjust tape position.
- Double-click: Retract label tape (to avoid wasting).
Status Indicator
- Green dot: Normal / waiting task.
- Green flashing: Printing.
- Red dot: Low battery / charging.
- Red flashing: Device or printing error.
Connect to Printer via App
- Download the "Katasymbol" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the printer with Bluetooth.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Open the Katasymbol app and click "Add Printer" to search for the device and connect.
Note: If prompted, allow the app to access location information (Android only) for Bluetooth connection to function.
Use Templates or Customize with App
The Katasymbol app allows you to create labels using various templates or customize them from scratch. You can add text, frames, icons, shapes, and more.
Print & Cut
After inserting or replacing a label roll, click the power button to print a blank label. This helps the print head identify the label position. You can double-click the power button to retract blank label paper.
FAQ
1. Printer not connecting?
- Ensure the printer and smartphone Bluetooth are on.
- Enable location services on your smartphone (Android).
- Launch the app and add the printer from the search list.
- Ensure the printer is not connected to other devices simultaneously.
- Contact support if the issue persists.
2. Bluetooth connection established, paper installed, but it won't print?
- Check if the RFID sticker on the label tape is intact.
- Ensure the label paper is installed correctly (not upside down).
- Verify that Dark Theme/Mode is not enabled in the app.
3. During initial use, a lot of paper doesn't have anything printed. Can those papers be reused?
- Double-click the power button to retract unused label papers.
- Removed labels cannot be retracted.
4. Texts on printouts are not centered, in the wrong position, offset, or skip paper?
- Print a blank label after inserting new tape to set the position.
- Ensure the correct template matching the label paper size is selected in the app.
- Make sure the label is inserted with the printing side up.
5. Why is the printout blurry?
- Check battery level; charge if low (red indicator light).
- Clean the print head if it's dirty (refer to Question 8).
- Increase printing concentration in the app settings.
6. Why can't the printer cut the label paper?
- Check the cutter for dirt or sticky residue and clean if necessary.
7. Why are the texts on the printout so small?
The app adjusts font size based on label paper size. Try using continuous labels or line breaks.
8. How do I clean the print head properly?
- Use ethanol and cotton swabs.
- Turn off the printer and let it cool.
- Remove the paper roll.
- Gently wipe the print head with a cotton swab dipped in ethanol. Do not use hard objects.
- After cleaning and drying, double-click the power button to perform a self-test.
For further assistance, check "Instruction" or "Support" within the app.
Safety Information
- Use a single power socket to avoid fire or electric shock.
- Do not allow metal or liquid to enter the device.
- Do not use AC power exceeding 100-240V.
- Do not disassemble or modify the label machine.
- Keep the printer away from flammable solvents and fire sources.
- Use a damp gauze to clean the device; avoid flammable organic solvents.
- Use the printer in a clean environment; avoid carpets or blankets that may cause dust buildup.
- Be careful of the cutter to avoid injuries.
- Use only SUPVAN original label paper and do not remove the sticker on the label paper.
- Do not touch the print head with hands, as it may cause burns.
- Do not place heavy items on the printer.
- Keep the printer away from electromagnetic interference.
- Do not block the label paper exit.
- Do not pull the entire label roll out of the exit; cut the paper first.
- Place the printer on a flat surface.
- Store the device and label paper in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
- If anything gets inside the device, stop using it immediately.
- If you notice any peculiar smell or abnormal sound, turn off the printer and contact the seller.
Warranty
- Whole device warranty for 2 years from the date of sale.
- Warranty for spare parts is subject to the whole device's warranty period.
- Consumables are not covered by warranty, but quality issues may result in free replacement.

- Unauthorized dismantling, repairing, or refitting voids the warranty.
- Faults caused by abnormal voltage or improper operating environment are not covered.
