Thank you for selecting the UScellular TITAN5100 Performance Internet Solution to deliver cellular connectivity for your home or office. Choose Basic Setup for quickest installation or Guided Setup to ensure your device is placed in the highest performing location.

BASIC SETUP

Your device is ready to go out of the box once it’s powered up and placed in the best spot in your location.

1. Find a window to mount your device
   For best performance select an open location on an upper floor/high off the floor with 1 no interference from other electrical devices like microwaves.
   
2. Connect cables on your device
   Your device will automatically power on and connect to the internet. This can take several minutes.
   1. Connect one end of your Ethernet cable to your device and the other to the PoE adapter’s PoE port. (The device will not work if connected to the LAN port.)
      
   2. Connect your power cord to the back of the PoE adapter and plug the other end of the power cord into a wall outlet.
      
3. Attach suction cups and test performance
   Attach suction cups to the back of the device and place the device on outside of window, pressing firmly on device to ensure it’s securely attached to window. To try another location carefully remove device from window. It may help to pull the corners of each suction cup up one at a time.
   
4. Once you’ve found your best performing location
   Clean window with alcohol wipe and let dry. Remove and place suction cups back in box, attach adhesive strips to back of device, and mount device on outside of window. Run ethernet cable through window frame to PoE connector.
   
5. Fix the equipment in place
   After confirming that the device has been fixed in the ideal installation position, please use the tamper-proof cover to fix the bracket at the back of the device.
   

Your UScellular TITAN 5100 Performance Internet Solution is now up and running. You can now follow the separate instructions to set up your new WiFi network. Remember to plug your WiFi network cable into the LAN port on the PoE adapter.

Access Guided Setup and Management

Device must be powered on prior to scanning QR code.

1. Use mobile device to scan QR code
   QR code can also be found on the front of the PoE adapter.
   
   
2. Enter user name and password
   Your user name and password are located on the sticker attached to the PoE adapter.
   
3. Follow device setup instructions
   Select device setup and follow instructions to test performance and placedevice in the best location.
   
   
4. Ongoing device management
   Rescan QR code whenever you need to come back to manage your device, test performance, and conduct basic troubleshooting.
