  • How do I prime the water system on my Pure Water Dispenser?

    To prime the system, depress the cold water lever for approximately 1 minute until water flows continuously, then repeat the process for the hot water lever. Do not turn on the hot tank switch until water flows from both spigots.

  • What should I do if my water dispenser is leaking?

    First, check if the water bottle itself has a leak (cracks or pinholes). If the water is pooling at the base, try replacing the bottle. Also, ensure all hose connections are secure and the drip tray is not overflowing.

  • How often should I clean my water dispenser?

    The exterior and drip tray should be cleaned monthly. For internal sanitation, it is recommended to clean the unit or replace the SmartFlo™ water cartridge every 6 to 12 months using 70% rubbing alcohol or disinfecting wipes as per the manual instructions.

  • Why is the water not hot or cold enough?
