Download the Meoof App, insure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network, and follow the in-app instructions. Keep the feeder within 6 meters (19.7 feet) of the router for the best signal during setup.
Press and hold the Reset Button on the back of the feeder base for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a beep sound. The feeder will reset and be ready for re-connection.
Meoof feeders generally support dry pet food with a diameter between 2mm and 18mm (0.08 to 0.72 inches). Do not use wet, canned, or moist food in the automatic dispenser.
Check if the food tank is empty, if the distribution mechanism is blocked, or if the food outlet's anti-clog detector is dirty. Also, ensure the power adapter is connected or batteries are charged.
