TENETH support FAQ

Поширені запитання щодо інструкцій, реєстрації та підтримки цього бренду.

  • How do I change the blade on my TENETH cutter?

To change the blade, press the handle on the blade holder to expose the old blade, remove it, and insert a new one. Ensure the gear is adjusted to expose the correct tip length for your material.

  • How do I connect the TENETH film cutter to Wi-Fi?

Turn on Wi-Fi on the machine's touchscreen interface, select your network from the list, and enter the password. A successful connection is usually indicated by the Wi-Fi ID appearing on the screen.

  • What should I do if the material is not feeding automatically?

Ensure the material is placed flat on the table and aligned to the left based on the feeding guide. The film feeding sensor should detect the material and feed it automatically. If it shifts, use the switch to return it.

  • How do I adjust the blade depth?

Twist the gear on the blade holder. A larger value extends the blade tip for thicker materials, while a smaller value retracts it. The factory default setting is often gear 6.
