4. Збірка

The MERACH Ab Machine is designed for straightforward assembly. Follow these general steps. Refer to the included diagram for specific part identification.

  2. Attach Base Stabilizers: Secure the front and rear base stabilizers to the main frame using the provided screws and tools.
  3. Install Knee and Elbow Pads: Slide the knee and elbow pads onto their respective support bars and secure them.
  4. Connect Handlebars: Attach the handlebars to the upper section of the main frame, ensuring they are firmly in place.
