If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Respect the operating times of the accessories indicated in their specific sections of the manual. Proceed according to maintenance and cleaning section of this manual for cleaning.

Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. In order to ensure the sealing effect of blending blade, please do not allow the blending blade to work without load. This appliance is for household use and not intended to be use in applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses; hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments.
Never immerse the main appliance in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap. Use only a moist cloth to clean the appliance. Surfaces are liable to get hot during use.
Avoid spillage on the connector. Heating element Surface is subject to residual heat after use.
CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility. This appliance is intended for use at a maximum altitude of 2000m above sea level.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
This appliance is designed for home use and should never be used for commercial or industrial use under any circumstances. Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance. The mains connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use. Do not use the device, or connect and disconnect to the supply mains with the hands and / or feet wet. Do not pull on the connection cord in order to unplug it or use it as a handle. Never use any accessories of parts from other manufactures. Your guarantee will become invalid if such accessories or parts have been used. Thoroughly clean the parts that will come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time.
Always put the main appliance on a flat, dry and clean surface. Never let the appliance run unattended. The Spatula is only used for moving the food out of the bowl. Don’t use it while the blade is running. When processing hot food (for temperature above 60°C) don’t touch the filler cup. Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown or damage and contact an official technical support service. In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand´s Official technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device. The bowl
The Maximum capacity of the bowl is 4.5 liters. Don’t process the food more than 3 liters!

Set up before use
Place the drive shaft correctly locked into the jug (See figure C). Insert the jug into the main unit and press down firmly to lock into its place. Pay attention “Max” indicator must be at the back (See figure D). Choose different accessories for different cooking purpose (See figure E). Add the ingredients or water to the jug (see figure F). If you need to use food processor, attach the food processor lid and put ingredients directly through food dispenser. Attach the blend lid, food processor lid or steamer (See figure G). Please note that the appliance will not work if the lid is not correctly placed and will show an advice on display to remain to insert lid. Plug the power cord into the main base and switch on (See figure H).
This appliance includes different accessories for different cooking purpose (See Fig. B). You can choose between:
All the accessories and bowl can be washed by dish-washing machine (See figure I).
Home UI menu
This appliance allows you to access to different type cooking for multipurpose. You can select between a.step-by-step guided interactive recipes, manual cooking, automatic functions or download new recipes and updates by using data cloud WIFI connection (See figure K).
Manual cooking (DIY Mode)
Access to “Manual Cooking (DIY Mode)” by pressing the grey dot in the middle at the bottom right of the screen from the start home menu (30). The screen will show option to set temperature, time and speed. (See figure L). Click the touch screen “Temperature/Time/Speed” options to set the corresponding temperature/time/speed you need. After finishing the setting press “Play” (28) screen icon and the appliance will work. The screen icon will change to “Pause”. You can change these parameters at any time without stopping the appliance. Press “Pause” icon if you want to stop the appliance, change any of the parameters and continue cooking. Press “Stop” (29) icon to definitely stop the appliance. During stand-by mode, white and red lights will flash on the knob. Once cooking process have started, red light underneath the rotary knob means current food temperature is beyond 60ºC and white light means below 60ºC, at any working mode. You can also access to “settings” by pressing the setting icon (31) and weight the food at any time by pressing weight icon (32).

Time setting:
Click the touch screen “Time setting” (26) and click minutes or seconds. Time icon (26.2) and selected minutes/seconds number (26.1) will blink. Immediately, slide the icon clockwise to increase time or anticlockwise to reduce time. You can also rotate the knob in clockwise to increase time and in anti-clockwise to reduce the time. You can choose a time range between 00 seconds-90 minutes with intervals of 1 second/1 minute. Once the cooking process have started the display will show remaining working time appliance and total time selected (26.3).
Speed setting:
Click the touch screen “Speed setting” (27). Speed icon (27.1) will flash. Immediately, slide the icon clockwise to increase temperature or anticlockwise to reduce temperature. You can also rotate the knob in clockwise to increase speed and in anti-clockwise to reduce the speed You can choose a speed range between 1-12. The appliance is allowed to operate at speed 0 which means to cook without any movement only when the steam program is selected. During heating process with temperature only speed 1-3 is available. The display will show the correct accessory (27.4) which is allowed to use when the proper speed is selected during all heating process: whisk icon between speed 1-4, blade icon between speed 1-12 or stir paddle between speed 1-3 will show up when the proper speed is selected. Choose the reverse icon (27.2) to select reverse function and change motor rotation. The display will show reverse function icon (27.3). The blades will not cut the food but will allow to stir the food. This function is only available from speed 1-3.
Access to “Automatic Programmes” by pressing the grey dot on the right at the bottom of the screen from the start home menu (33) You can select between 8 preset functions for different cooking purpose: knead, stem, slow cook, boil, food processor, chop, turbo and weigh (See figure M).
Knead program
Select “knead” icon (34) to enter into knead function. Default time is 3 minutes and it’s adjustable from 2-3 minutes. Temperature at this function can be selected at 37ºC or cook without temperature (0ºC). The speed is not adjustable, the speed is 3 by default.
Steam program:
Select “steam” icon (35) to enter into steam function. Default time is 20 minutes and it’s adjustable from 1-60 minutes. The timer will start countdown once the inside water temperature arrives to 95ºC. Default temperature is Fast and it’s adjustable from Slow-Medium-Fast. Default speed is 0 and it’s adjustable from 0-3 (you can cook without any speed).
Slow cook program:
Select “slow cook” icon (36) to enter into slow cook function. Default time is 60 minutes and it’s adjustable from 1-90 minutes. Default temperature is 100ºC and it’s adjustable from 60ºC-100ºC with intervals of 5ºC. Default speed is 1 and it’s adjustable from 1-3.
Boil program
Select “boil” icon (37) to enter into boil function. Default temperature is 100ºC and it’s adjustable from 60ºC-100ºC with intervals of 5ºC. Speed and time are not adjustable on this function, but the display will show cooking boiling time process.
Food processor program
Select “food processor” icon (38) to enter into food processor function. Default time is 30 seconds and it’s adjustable from 10-60 seconds. Temperature at this function is blocked. Default speed is 5 and it’s adjustable from 4-6.
Chop program
Select “chop” icon (39) to enter into chop function. Default time is 10 seconds and it’s adjustable from 10seconds-4 minutes. Temperature at this function is blocked. Default speed is 6 and it’s adjustable from 1-12.
Turbo program:
Select “turbo” icon (40) to enter into turbo function. Default time is 1 minute. Temperature at this function is blocked. Default speed is 12. Press “turbo” icon or knob and release to stop.
Weigh program
Select “weigh” icon (41) to enter into weigh function. The maximum weight is 5000g. Weight range: 5-5000g. LCD shows as “0 g”. Put the food in the bowl, read the number shown on the display. That is the weight of the food added. And then press “Tare” icon, the number on display will be cleared and shows as “0 g”. Press “End” icon and the appliance will exit from weighting function.
Access to “Automatic Recipes” by pressing the grey dot on the left at the bottom of the screen from the start home menu (42). Slide the screen or turn the knob to view all the recipes (See figure N). You can also search alphabetically the desired recipe by clicking “A-Z” icon (43), search by specific word a recipe by clicking the magnifying glass (44) or search recipes by type by clicking the sort management icon (45). The appliance allows you to save favorites recipes and access the history of recipes cooked by clicking the 3 dots menu (46). After making your choice, the screen will show you all recipe information (See figure O). You can check the ingredients list (47), cooking description (48), chef’s tips (49) and accessories list needed (50). Press “Start” icon (51) to start the interactive recipe. Press favorite icon (52) to add to your favorite recipe collection.
The recipe has preset parameters (See figure P). You can follow guided recipe step-by-step and start cooking process. The display will show the step working number at the bottom (53). Click cutlery icon (54) to check all step-by-step process, ingredients list and tips.
Click the setting icon (31) to access to settings (See figure Q). Press “Network parameter” (55) and search for your Wifi connection. Insert your Wifi password, wait for some seconds and the device will be connected. Important: this device only support Wifi 2.4GHz (5GHz are not supported). You can change the language by selecting the “Language” icon (56). You can check for new recipes by pressing “About us” icon (57) and then search “system software update”. Check “Help” icon (58) to look for more tips about the functionality of this appliance.
If the temperature gets over and the jug does not work, please, press the temperature button to reset temperature control. After cooling the jug, it can work as normally.
