Operating Instructions
Checking Quantity of Electricity:
Press the power button to check the remaining electricity. The four power indicator lights on the left will show the charge level.
Wireless Charging the iPhone 12 Series or Later:
To activate wireless charging, press the power button or place your compatible device on the charger. It will be held in place magnetically. There may be a 3-5 second delay before charging begins. The product will automatically turn off wireless charging if no device is connected within 30 seconds.
Wireless charging tips:
- Ensure the device is placed on the wireless charging area (emission area of the wireless charging coil).
- The charging distance should be within 2mm. If it exceeds 2mm, adjust the device's position.
- The charging contact surface on the back of the mobile phone should not contain metal substances like iron sheets, rings, or metal protective cases.
- If intermittent charging or overheating occurs, the device's receiving coil may not be aligned with the wireless charging coil, or there might be metal foreign bodies in the protective case. Try cooling the phone, removing the case, and re-aligning.
Recharging Your Portable Charger:
Connect a compatible charging cable (Type-C or Lightning) to the corresponding input port on the power bank. The power indicator lights will flash to indicate charging. When fully charged, the lights will stop flashing.
Charging Your Device Wirelessly and Recharging Your Portable Charger Simultaneously:

Connect a Type-C charging cable to the corresponding output port. The power bank will automatically turn on the output. For some smartphones, you may need to press the power button once to initiate charging.
Charge mobile phones or other digital devices:
- Verify that the charging voltage of your digital product matches the output voltage of the power bank.
- Use the original charging cable for your digital product. Connect one end to the digital product and the other end to the power bank's output port. The wired output terminal will automatically start charging.
- For wireless charging, press the power button once. Place the device with wireless charging capability in the center of the power bank's wireless charging area.
