This manual provides essential information for the first-time use, operation, and maintenance of your DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro Vlog Combo. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper and safe usage of the device.

Kamera Düzeni
The Osmo Action 5 Pro features a lens and touch screen on the front. The sides are equipped with a Quick Switch Button, USB-C Port, Battery Compartment, and microSD Card Slot. The rear features a touch screen. The Shutter Button is located on the top, and Quick Release Slots for accessories are on the bottom.

Attaching Battery and Charging
To attach the battery, press the release button on the battery compartment cover and slide it upward. The Osmo Action 5 Pro has 64GB of internal storage and supports extended storage with microSD cards. Ensure the battery is properly inserted, then close the battery compartment. The red marks on the bottom will not be visible when correctly closed. To charge, press the release button on the USB-C port cover and slide it down. Connect a USB-C charger to the USB-C port using the Type-C to Type-C PD cable. It is recommended to use a DJI 30W USB-C Charger or a USB-C charger that supports Power Delivery or PPS (Programmable Power Supply).

The DJI Mimo app is required for activation when using Osmo Action 5 Pro for the first time. Press and hold the Quick Switch Button to power on the camera. Ensure your mobile device has a stable network connection and that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled. Scan the QR code displayed on the camera screen to download and install the DJI Mimo app. Run the app, register your account, and then log in. Tap the camera icon on the home screen and then click 'Connect' on the corresponding Osmo Action 5 Pro Wi-Fi name. When the verification code appears, click 'Accept'. Follow the prompts in the app to activate the camera. After successful activation, the app will display a prompt. If you have purchased or plan to purchase DJI Care services, you need to complete the purchase and binding within 30 days of activation.

When new firmware is released, the app will automatically prompt you with a firmware update notification after connecting to the Osmo Action 5 Pro. To ensure your safety and an optimal experience, it is recommended to update your camera to the latest firmware version immediately. On the home screen of the app, click 'Download' and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade. When the firmware is successfully updated, the camera will automatically restart, and a prompt will appear telling you that the update has been successful.

Press and hold the Quick Switch Button to power on the camera. After powering on, press the Quick Switch Button to switch between shooting modes (e.g., Photo, Video). Press the Shutter/Record Button to take a photo or to start/stop recording. During video or slow-motion video recording, you can tap the icon to mark highlights, helping you to quickly locate specific moments during post-editing while reducing the time to find highlights. When the camera is powered off, press and hold the Shutter Button to quickly start shooting using the Snapshot feature, ensuring you never miss a moment of the action. The camera will automatically power off if left idle for 3 seconds.

The Quick-Release Adapter Mount features a magnetic quick-release design, allowing for flexible switching between multiple positions and accessories. It is also compatible with other Osmo Action series action cameras. Press down on the camera until the clips of the quick-release adapter mount are firmly inserted into the quick-release slots on the camera, and then tighten the locking screws. Use the Osmo Action Curved Adhesive Mount to attach the camera to curved surfaces such as helmets. The Osmo Action Multifunctional Battery Case can store up to three batteries and two microSD cards. When the batteries are inserted into the battery case, it can also be used as a power bank to charge other devices, such as a smartphone.

- How do I export photos and videos from Osmo Action 5 Pro?
There are three exporting options available: 1. Connect to the DJI Mimo app and download content from the microSD card and built-in storage to your smartphone. 2. Use a card reader to export content from the microSD card to your computer or smartphone. 3. Swipe down from the camera view, tap the Settings icon, and select OTG Connection. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the camera to a computer or smartphone with a Type-C port using a Type-C cable. You can then export content from the microSD card and built-in storage.
- How do I activate Osmo Action 5 Pro?
You can follow the steps below to activate the device: 1. Download the DJI Mimo app by scanning the QR code shown on the camera screen prompt or from your smartphone’s app store. 2. Press and hold the quick switch button to power on Osmo Action 5 Pro. 3. Launch the DJI Mimo app, tap the Camera icon, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your smartphone, and connect to Osmo Action 5 Pro. 4. After connecting Osmo Action 5 Pro to the DJI Mimo app, you will be prompted to activate the device. 5. - Why does Osmo Action 5 Pro heat up during use?
When using high-specification, high-performance modes (such as 4K/120fps standard video mode, 2.7K/60fps Subject Tracking mode, or 4K/30fps SuperNight mode), the camera consumes more power, which can result in a noticeable increase in temperature. Additionally, extended recording sessions or prolonged handheld use can also cause the camera to feel warm.
- How do I solve the issue of flicker when playing footage shot on Osmo Action 5 Pro on different computers?

However, it is recommended to install the Waterproof Case for long-duration underwater shooting or in environments with high water impact pressure. 3. Do not use the camera in hot springs or extreme underwater environments, or let it come into contact with corrosive or unknown liquids. 4. Before changing the Glass Lens Cover, air dry the camera to avoid any condensation caused by water entering the lens cap. 5. Rinse the camera with clean water after using it underwater, and completely air dry it before using it again.
