Getting Started
- Plug the charger into a wall outlet.
- Connect a charging cable (not included) to your device's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the charging cable to an output port on the charger.
- Unplug your devices when fully charged.
Use Environment
- Working Environment Temperature: Use at altitudes below 2000 meters and in non-tropical climate conditions.
- Suitability: The device is only suitable for indoor use.
- Storage Temperature: -20 ℃ to 40 ℃.
Safety Precautions
Please read all instructions and warnings before using this product. Improper use will cause damage to the product.
- Do not store this product in high temperature, strong light, or strong magnetic environments. Avoid placing it in harsh environments such as near fire sources to prevent overheating, combustion, or electrical shock.
- The charger will automatically stop charging to prevent damage if over-voltage, over-current, or over-temperature occurs during charging. Charging will resume when the state returns to normal.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify this device yourself.
- Do not touch the power adapter with wet hands or immerse it in water or other liquids.
- Do not use the power adapter for products with an output range higher than this product's capabilities to avoid electrical shock, burning, or device damage.
Warranty & Customer Support
ACEFAST provides a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase for workmanship, parts, and materials. The warranty is valid only if the warranty card is fully completed and registered.
Consumers should return defective products to authorized dealers for repair or replacement. This warranty is void if the unit or components are damaged by improper handling, use, or unauthorized repair. Claims for shipping damage must be filed by the purchaser with the shipping carrier. ACEFAST agrees to repair or replace defective parts, not exceeding the purchase price. ACEFAST's liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
Keep the warranty card and proof of purchase for service. Unauthorized modification of content will render it invalid. The company reserves the right to interpret after-sales service regulations.
