Quality Assurance
1. Warranty conditions
The free service during the warranty period is only valid under normal use and maintenance according to the user manual. All man-made failures or damages are not covered by the warranty. Users please keep the purchase invoice and user manual well, so that you can get satisfactory after-sales service in time.
2. Warranty
Within one year from the date of purchase, if there is any damage caused by manufacturing process or components, Kamoer Fluid Tech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will provide free warranty service. The free maintenance service provided during the warranty period includes free repair, free replacement of faulty spare parts, and products that cannot be repaired will be replaced with products of the same model (if the model has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar model). The free service does not include the shipping cost of the product due to repair.
3. Not covered by warranty
The following factors are not within the scope of free warranty, and customers need to pay for repairs:
- Product appearance (please confirm when purchasing)
- Improper use, maintenance or storage (please use, maintain and store correctly according to the user manual)
- Access to an inappropriate power source
- Various types (such as insects, etc.) enter the machine and cause damage to the components caused by the short circuit of the circuit board
- Losses caused by accidents
- Use of inappropriate spare parts (non-company spare parts are not applicable)
- Negligent handling, modification or repair by personnel not authorized by Kamoer Fluid Tech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (please do not disassemble or repair without authorization)
- Failure or damage caused by use outside the applicable occasion
- Damage caused by force majeure, etc.
- Consumable and wearing parts (such as pump pipes, connecting pipes, etc.)
- The warranty period has expired
1. Product Description
1.1 Introduction
The M1 smart peristaltic pump is a type of smart peristaltic pump used in the laboratory. It is positioned for the pipetting work of small flow in the laboratory. It can run continuously or cycle according to an interval.
1.2 Feature Highlights

1.4 Component names
The M1-STP pump has the following components:
- 1. Color LCD display: Displays operational information.
- 2. Pump head: The core component for fluid transfer.
- 3. Buttons: Used for menu navigation and operation.
- Menu: Click to enter the menu, or return to the previous menu from the submenu.
- -: Click to decrease the amount or move up in menus.
- Setting: Click to enter the setting menu, or return to the previous menu after the setting takes effect.
- Direction: Click to switch the pump running direction.
- +: Click to increase the amount or move down in menus.
- Full Speed: Click to run the pump at full speed, which can quickly fill the pump tube or recover liquid.
- Start/Stop: Click to start/stop the pump.
4. Speed control knob: Adjusts the pump's running speed.
5. Interfaces:
- 1, 2: Foot switch interface, realizing start/stop control through the opening and closing of the foot switch.
- 3, 4: RS485 communication interface.

Note: Two pumps can share one power adapter. Please use the power adapter according to the voltage indicated in the manual.

Information regarding product installation is detailed in the subsequent sections.
2. Touch Screen Control
2.1 System menu
Enter the system menu by pressing the menu button. In the system menu, select continuous mode or quantitative mode to return to the working mode.
The system menu options include:
- 1 C Mode: Continuous mode.
- 2 R Mode: Quantitative mode.
- 3 Calibrate: Pump head calibration.
- 4 Current: Displays electric current.
- 5 Language: Language settings (supports Chinese and English).
- 6 Power: Power-on state settings (start-stop state upon power-on).
- 7 RS485: RS485 communication settings.
- 8 Pedal: Foot switch setting method (default is trigger control).
- 9 Unit: Volume unit setting (supports milliliter and microliter).
- 10 Info: Displays pump firmware version and serial number.
- 11 485 Mode: RS485 mode settings.
- 12 Reset: Factory default settings.
2.2 Continuous mode
In continuous mode, the pump runs continuously after being triggered to start and stops when triggered to stop again, or by the foot switch. The running direction can be switched using the direction button. The pump can be started and stopped using the start/stop buttons or the foot switch. The running speed can be adjusted using the knob on the back of the device.
2.3 Quantitative mode
Quantitative mode allows the pump to run for a set quantity, which can be time or volume, and then stop automatically. Users can set a target number of runs and the interval time between each run. The pump performs a quantification, waits for the set interval, and then performs another quantification until the target number of runs is reached. This mode can be re-entered after power off and restart.
2.3.1 Quantitative mode setting menu
Within quantitative mode, pressing the setting button enters the quantitative mode setting menu for parameter modification:
- Settings: Returns to the previous menu.
- Ration (Volume/Time/Circle): Modify quantitative parameters (volume, time, number of laps). Use + and - buttons to adjust, press 'Set' to confirm, and 'Menu' to return.
- Count: Modify the number of goals (runs).
- Pause: Set the pause duration before loop mode.
- Clear: Zeroing run count.
2.3.2 Quantitative mode modification
Users can modify volume, time, or number of laps. After setting, press 'Set' to take effect and 'Menu' to return to the upper menu.
Users can also modify the number of goals, pause duration, and clear the run count using the 'Count', 'Pause', and 'Clear' options in the setting menu.
2.4 Pump Head Calibration
To ensure accurate flow parameters, perform flow calibration. Prepare a graduated cylinder, run the pump for a period, and input the volume of liquid dispensed into the program. Calibration can be accessed via System Menu -> Calibration.
The calibration process involves:
- Emptying the air in the tube.
- Filling the tube with liquid.
- Press the '+' button to select the 'start emptying' function.
- Press the 'Set' button to start emptying.
- Wait for the tube to fill, then press 'Set' again to stop.
- The interface for inputting the result volume will appear.
Calibration time can be adjusted using the + and - buttons. The measuring cylinder receives the liquid from the outlet pipe.
Setting: Press the 'Set' button to start calibration. The pump will stop automatically after the time runs out, and the interface for inputting the result volume will appear. Use the + and - buttons to modify the volume, and press 'SET' to complete the calibration.
2.5 Electric current
Enter the current interface via System Menu -> Current. Adjust the current using the + and - buttons. Press the 'Set' button to take effect and 'Menu' to return to the upper menu.
2.6 Power-on state
This function sets the device's status upon power-on. Navigate to System Menu -> Power-on status. Use the + and - buttons to switch between options. Press 'Set' to confirm and 'Menu' to return.
- Power-on status menu title: Press 'SET' to return to the previous menu.
- Power-on operation: The device runs automatically after power-on.
- Power-on stop: The device will not run after power-on and starts manually. This is the default setting.
2.7 RS485
The RS485 function controls the pump's start and stop via RS485. Access the 485 mode setting interface in the System Menu -> 485 mode.
Options include: Resistance, Address, Baud, Parity, Data Bit, Stop Bit.
2.8 Pedals
The pedal function controls the pump's start and stop using a foot switch. The equipment supports passive relay control, active 12V, and 24V control. Enter the pedal function setting interface in the System Menu -> Pedal function.
Options include:
- Pedal: Pedal function title; press 'Set' to return to the previous menu.
- Trigger operation: Press the foot switch to run the pump, and press again to stop.
- High Level: Pump stops when the foot switch is pressed and starts when released.
- Low Level: Pump runs when the foot switch is pressed and stops when released.
