Mark: Install 330ohm metal film resistor to R3 position; Install 10Kohm metal film resistor to R4,R5 position; Install 12Kohm metal film resistor to R1,R7 position; Install 33Kohm metal film resistor to R6 position; Tips: Soldering metal film resistors without distinguishing between positive and negative terminals. Strongly recommended: measure the resistance value with a multimeter before mounting and soldering. · Step 2: Soldering Bluetooth Audio Module Mark: Install M18 Audio Module to P4 position; Tips: Install according to the prompt diagram. Be careful not to make false welds when soldering. · Step 3: Soldering IC Mark: Install HT6872 SMD IC to U1 position; Tips:The dot on the IC corresponds to the dot in the printed logo on the PCB. · Step 4: Soldering IC Mark: Install KA2284 IC to U2 position; Tips: The beveled corners of the IC edges and the beveled corners in the printed markings on the PCB are mounted correspondingly. · Step 5: Soldering Ceramic Capacitors Mark: Install 104 Ceramic Capacitors to C1,C9,C10,C17 positions; Tips: Soldering Ceramic capacitors without distinguishing between positive and negative terminals. · Step 6: Soldering Electrolytic Capacitors Mark: Install 1uF 50V Electrolytic Capacitors to C2,C7 position; Install 10uF 50V Electrolytic Capacitors to C3,C6 position; Install 470uF 10V Electrolytic Capacitors to C4,C5 position; Tips: Electrolytic capacitor pin length positive short negative. The holes marked with "+" or left blank in screen printing are positive electrodes. · Step 7: Soldering LED Mark: Install RED 5mm LED to D5 position; Install GREEN 5mm LED to D4 position; Install BLUE 5mm LED to D3,D2,D1 position; Tips: The long pin of the LED is positive and the short pin is negative (long positive, short negative). The through-hole printed at the "+" end of the PCB is the positive terminal. · Step 8: Soldering Potentiometer Mark: Install 50k (503) Potentiometer to RP1 position; Install 10K (103) Potentiometer to RP2 position; Tips: Install the pins on the potentiometer in correspondence with the through holes on the PCB. · Step 9: Soldering Audio Sockets Mark: Install 3.5mm Audio Socket to P1 position; Tips: Install according to the prompt diagram. · Step 10: Soldering Touch Switch Mark: Install Touch Switch to K1,K2,K3 position; Tips: Install the light touch switch pin corresponding to the through-hole on the PCB. · Step 11: Soldering Self-Locking Switches Mark: Install Self-Locking Switches to S1 position; Tips: Pay attention to installing the markings on the self-locking switch corresponding to the markings on he screen printed pattern. · Step 12: Soldered Terminal Blocks Mark: Install Terminal Blocks to P2,P3 position; Tips: Orient the terminal wiring port towards the outside of the PCB. · Step 13: Soldering Loudspeaker Mark: Install Loudspeaker to P3 position; Tips: The red wire is positive and the black wire is negative. Be careful to distinguish between positive and negative poles when installing. · Step 14: Solder USB Socket Mark: Install USB Cable to P2 position; Tips: Install according to the prompt diagram. 6.Installing Housing Before installing the casing, please power on and test the function to ensure correct welding. Remove the protective film from both sides of the casing. · Step 15:Install M3 copper post to fix the board · Step 16:Installing the bottom housing · Step 17:Install front housing and splice bottom housing Note: Observe the front housing opening corresponding to the direction of the button below. Screwing too tightly will cause deformation of the acrylic housing, which will affect subsequent installation. · Step 18:Installation of left and right side housing · Step 19:Installation of the top and back housing Note: Lead the power cable out of the reserved port on the bottom side of the housing.
