Get Acquainted
Easy-Start Setup Guide:
- Set Up the Waver: Remove the bracket from the remote and insert 2 AAA batteries (not included), observing polarity markings.
- Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Power On the Waver: Flip the power switch to the ON position. Press the Start button on the remote control to begin.
Modes:
- Standby Mode: Ready to use, awaiting program selection.
- Program Mode: Choose from preset workout programs (P1-P9).
- Manual Mode: Customize your workout speed and duration.
Operating Instructions
Using the Display Panel:

Program Mode:

Creating a Custom Workout:
- Turn on the Waver.

Program Speeds:
The Waver changes speed every minute. Speeds vary based on the program level selected.
To Get the Best Results:
