Setup Steps
- Download the ezykam+ app: From the App Store or Google Play.
- Register an account: Open the ezykam+ app, select 'SIGN UP', choose your country, enter your email address, then enter the verification code and create a password.
- Plug in: Power on the camera. Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly and has an active internet plan. For reset, use the reset pin to press the Reset Button for several seconds until a beep sound is heard. The camera will reboot. An optional Micro SD card can also be inserted.
Add Camera
Steps
- Open the ezykam+ app and click "+" on the top right corner of the "HOME" page.
- Select "Specific model to add".
- Power on the camera and ensure it is connected to the internet.
- Align the QR code or barcode in the frame and scan it.
- The app will scan the device in the network. After the device is searched, it will register on the cloud and be added successfully.
Status Light Prompt of 4G Camera Tail Line (4G Mode)
- Slow flashing: The 4G module is abnormal or the SIM card is abnormal, flashing once every 2s.
- Fast flashing: No dialing number (no flow or bad signal), flashing once every 0.5s.
- Always on: The network is normal.
Onvif Support
- Camera can be added to any Onvif Compliant devices using the Onvif protocol. Camera can be added with port-8888 in any NVR/DVR.

3. The camera appears offline or unreachable?
Make sure you have inserted the SIM card in the correct position during setup. Check for any internet connection problems with the SIM. If the SIM signal is too weak, keep the camera in a good network area.
4. Cannot connect to your SIM network?
Ensure there is an active Internet plan on the SIM card inserted in the camera.
5. How many cameras can I control?
The CP Plus app can control an unlimited number of cameras in unlimited locations. Your router may have a limit on how many cameras can be connected to one router.
