5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

  1. Ensure the device is turned off.
  2. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the charging port on the side of the TENS unit.
  3. Connect the large end of the USB cable to a USB wall adapter, power bank, or computer USB port.
  4. The power indicator on the device will show charging status. A full charge typically takes a few hours.
  5. Disconnect the cable once fully charged.

5.2 Connecting Electrode Pads

  1. Ensure the device is turned off before connecting or disconnecting pads.
  2. Insert the 2mm pin connectors of the electrode wires into the corresponding ports (Channel A and Channel B) on the top of the TENS unit.
  3. Attach the snap connectors at the other end of the wires to the electrode pads. Each wire typically connects to two pads.
  4. Peel the electrode pads from their protective film. Retain the film for storage.
  5. Apply the sticky side of the pads firmly to clean, dry skin in the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact for effective stimulation.
