5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Device
- Ensure the device is turned off.
- Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the charging port on the side of the TENS unit.
- Connect the large end of the USB cable to a USB wall adapter, power bank, or computer USB port.
- The power indicator on the device will show charging status. A full charge typically takes a few hours.
- Disconnect the cable once fully charged.
5.2 Connecting Electrode Pads
- Ensure the device is turned off before connecting or disconnecting pads.
- Insert the 2mm pin connectors of the electrode wires into the corresponding ports (Channel A and Channel B) on the top of the TENS unit.
- Attach the snap connectors at the other end of the wires to the electrode pads. Each wire typically connects to two pads.
- Peel the electrode pads from their protective film. Retain the film for storage.
- Apply the sticky side of the pads firmly to clean, dry skin in the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact for effective stimulation.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
- To turn on: Press and hold the power button (usually marked 'M' or power symbol) for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
- To turn off: Press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.

6.2 Selecting Modes
- After powering on, the device will display the last used mode.
- Press the 'M' button (Mode button) repeatedly to cycle through the 24 available modes. The selected mode will be displayed on the screen.
- Modes 1 and 2 are stable pulse modes, ideal for continuous stimulation without fading.
6.3 Adjusting Intensity
- The device has independent intensity controls for Channel A and Channel B.
- To increase intensity for Channel A, press the '+' button associated with Channel A.
- To decrease intensity for Channel A, press the '-' button associated with Channel A.
- Repeat for Channel B using its respective '+' and '-' buttons.
- Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, strong, but not painful, sensation.
- The device offers 20 intensity levels.
6.4 Setting Treatment Time
- Press the 'T' button (Time button) to adjust the treatment duration.
- The default treatment time is usually 20 minutes. You can adjust it in increments (e.g., 10-minute increments) up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
- The device will automatically shut off once the set time expires.
7. Electrode Pad Placement Guide
Proper placement of electrode pads is crucial for effective and safe stimulation. Always place pads on clean, dry, healthy skin.
- For general pain relief, place pads on either side of the painful area, ensuring they are at least one inch apart.
- For muscle stimulation, place pads over the belly of the muscle you wish to stimulate.
- Avoid placing pads directly over joints, bony prominences, or areas with excessive hair.
- Never place pads on the head, face, neck (especially the carotid sinus area), or across the chest.
- Refer to anatomical charts or consult a healthcare professional for specific placement recommendations for your condition.

8. Maintenance
8.1 Cleaning the Device
- Turn off the device and disconnect all wires and pads before cleaning.
- Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Ensure the device is completely dry before storing or next use.
8.2 Cleaning and Storing Electrode Pads
- After each use, gently peel the pads from your skin.
- If the adhesive becomes less sticky, gently wipe the adhesive surface with a damp cloth (water only) and let it air dry. Do not scrub or use soap.
- Place the pads back onto their protective film and store them in the sealed bag provided.
- Store pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Replace pads when they lose their adhesive quality or if they become damaged.
8.3 Storage of the Unit
- Store the TENS unit and all accessories in the provided carrying bag when not in use.
- Keep the unit in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
9. Troubleshooting
