Setup

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the TENS unit using the provided USB cable. The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging progress. A full charge provides up to 24 hours of continuous usage.
  2. Attach Electrode Pads: Connect the lead wires to the electrode pads by snapping them onto the metal studs. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Connect Lead Wires to Device: Insert the lead wire plugs into the output ports on the bottom of the TENS unit. The device has dual outputs, allowing for two sets of pads to be used simultaneously.
  4. Prepare Skin: Clean and dry the skin area where the pads will be applied. Avoid applying pads over broken skin, rashes, or sensitive areas.
  5. Apply Electrode Pads: Remove the protective film from the electrode pads and firmly press them onto the desired treatment area. Ensure the entire surface of the pad is in contact with the skin.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Slide the ON/OFF switch on the top of the device to the 'ON' position.
  2. Select Mode: Press the 'M' button to cycle through the 24 available modes. The first 2 sub-modes provide steady and constant muscle stimulation. The device features a memory function that automatically sets to the last used mode upon power-on.
  3. Adjust Intensity: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the intensity of the electrical impulses. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. Note: Ensure at least two pads are connected and applied to the body for proper operation.
  4. Set Timer: Press the 'T' button to set the desired treatment duration. The timer can be set from 10 to 60 minutes, with a default setting of 20 minutes. The timer indicator on the screen will show the remaining time.
  5. Screen Lock: To prevent accidental changes during use, long press the 'M' button to activate the screen lock function. Repeat to unlock.
  6. Power Off: Once your session is complete, slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.
