Before using your ioutdoor L502 mobile phone, carefully read and follow the safety precautions outlined in this manual. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in damage to the device or pose potential risks.

- Performance Considerations: High CPU and RAM usage from large files or games may impact device performance.
- Media Usage: Media provided with the device, such as software, sound sources, and wallpapers, should not be used for commercial purposes to avoid copyright infringement.
- Data Services: Uploading, downloading, and auto-syncing may incur additional charges. It is recommended to use Wi-Fi for large data transfers.
- App Inquiries: For questions about pre-installed apps, contact the Service Centre. For user-installed apps, contact respective service providers.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Modifying the operating system or installing unauthorized third-party software can lead to device damage, data loss, and privacy risks, violating the device license agreement and voiding the warranty.
Touchscreen Operations
Basic Touchscreen Functions
- Tapping: Open apps, select menu items, or press on-screen buttons by tapping with your finger.
- Dragging: Move items by tapping, holding, and dragging them to the desired position.
- Tapping and Holding: Access additional options by tapping and holding an item or the screen for more than 2 seconds.
- Double Tapping: Zoom in on message conversations with a double tap. Repeat to return.
- Swiping: Navigate left or right on the home screen, and swipe up or down to scroll through webpages or lists.
- Spreading and Pinching: Spread fingers apart to zoom in, and pinch to zoom out on webpages, maps, or images.
Home Screen
Overview of the Home Screen
The Home screen serves as the central hub for accessing device features, displaying widgets, and app shortcuts.
Adding Items to the Home Screen
- To add apps or folders, tap and hold an item from the Apps screen, then drag it to the home screen.
- Add widgets by tapping and holding an empty area, selecting “Plug in,” choosing a widget, and dragging it to the Home screen.
Managing Items on the Home Screen
Moving Items:
- Tap and hold an item on the home screen, then drag it to a new location.
- Move items to other panels by dragging them to the screen’s side.
- Frequently used apps can be placed in the shortcuts area at the bottom of the home screen.
Removing Items:
- To remove an item, tap and hold it, then click the delete icon in the upper left corner of the app icon.
Creating Folders:
- On the Home screen, tap and hold an app, then drag it over another app to create a folder.
- Drop the app when a folder frame appears.
- Enter a folder name, and add more apps by dragging them into the folder.
Lock Screen
- Press the Power key to turn off and lock the screen.
- Unlock the screen by pressing the Power key and swiping in any direction.
- Customize screen lock settings in Settings → Security → Screen lock.
Notification Panel
Accessing the Notification Panel
- Open the notification panel by dragging the status bar downwards.
- Close the panel by swiping upwards on the screen.
Quick Setting Buttons
- Tap quick setting buttons to activate features.
- Swipe left or right on the buttons area to view more buttons.
- Tap and hold a button for detailed settings.

Troubleshooting
Before contacting the Service Centre, attempt the following solutions for common issues:
- Touchscreen Issues:
- Remove protective covers or accessories.
- Ensure clean hands when using the touchscreen.
- Restart the device to clear sofware bugs.
- Update the device sofware to the latest version.
- Visit the Service Centre for touchscreen damage.
- Device Not Turning On:
- Charge the battery fully before turning on the device.
- Call Connectivity Issues:
- Confirm the correct cellular network.
- Check for call barring settings.
- Ensure no obstruction to the device’s microphone.
- Verify proper headset connection.
- Network or Service Errors:
- Move to an area with better signals.
- Check for required subscriptions.
- Internet or Call Quality Issues:
- Avoid blocking the device’s internal antenna.
- Move to an area with stronger signals.
- Check for enabled wireless network services.
- Password or PIN Prompts:
- Enter the correct password, PIN, or PUK.
- Contact the service provider for PUK assistance.
- Low Battery:
- Charge the battery.
- Battery Not Charging:
- Ensure proper charger connection.
- Visit a Service Centre for battery replacement.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

RF Exposure Statement
SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions according standards with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value.
This model product has been tested and meets the RF exposure guidelines with the test distance 0mm for head and 5mm for body worn. The highest SAR1g value is 0.556 W/Kg for head and 0.595 W/Kg for body worn. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
