TBS1000C Series

The TBS1000C oscilloscope provides industry-leading quality and reliability. TBS2000B Series

The TBS2000B Series, with up to 200 MHz bandwidth, a 9-inch WVGA display, 5-million-point record length and up to 2 GS/s sample rate, can capture and display significantly more signal to help you debug and validate designs faster. The front panel design facilitates accurate measurements and includes unique features for education labs.
