When you reset your headset, the Bluetooth pairing memory will be cleared and the default setting for the BlueParrott Button will be restored. To reset, follow these steps. 1. Power on the headset. 2. Press and hold (6 seconds) the Volume Up and Volume Down button simultaneously until you see the Multi-function button flash red and blue. If you are wearing the headset, 2 beeps will be announced in the headset. 3. The headset has been reset and will automatically enter pairing mode.
