Step 1: Mount the Panel

If mounting on a wall, use anchors designed to support at least 15 lbs. (6.8 kg), according to the anchor manufacturer's specifications. If mounting to an AutoJet® system, use the provided hardware.

The mounting holes are centered on 5.44" (138 mm) horizontally and 10.72" (272 mm) vertically. They are designed for 1/4" (6 mm) screws with 3/8" (10 mm) diameter screw heads.

Panel Dimensions: 8.00" (203.2 mm) width, 11.34" (288.1 mm) height, 0.27" (6.8 mm) depth. Connector depth is approximately 0.83" (21 mm) for 4 places.

Step 2: Connect Electric Spray Nozzle

Connect electric spray nozzles to the OUT A or OUT B/ATOM connections on the control panel. For multiple nozzles, connect them to a junction block first, then connect the junction cable to the control panel.

Up to 8 electric spray nozzles can be connected using a junction block. Note: If using both channels (OUT A and OUT B/ATOM), the total number of nozzles cannot exceed 8.

For additional connections, see Step 3.

The control panel features connection ports labeled: TRIG A, OUT A, FLOAT A, TRIG B, OUT B/ATOM, FLOAT B. It also has an INPUT power connector rated for 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 3A.

Step 3: Additional Connections (If Applicable)

3.1 Trigger or Sensor

Connect trigger or sensor devices to the TRIG A and TRIG B connections to initiate the spray sequence. The choice of trigger should be based on the customer's application.

Available triggers include:

  • Trigger cable (for customer-supplied trigger signals)
  • Sensors: Object, Proximity, Laser (short/long), Thru-beam, Full spectrum color sensor
  • Hand-held trigger unit
  • Foot switch

3.2 Fan/Atomizing Air

The Fan/Atm Air electrical connection actuates the air solenoids within the control panel. Connect the cable from the air control panel to the OUT B/ATOM connection on the main panel.

3.3 Float Switch

Connect float switch cables to FLOAT A and/or FLOAT B. When the fluid tank level is low, an alert will be displayed on the control panel HMI, and the green system status LED will flash.

Step 4: Power Up the Panel

Plug the panel into a grounded 100/240VAC, 3A, single-phase GFCI outlet. Turn the power on. The HMI (Human-Machine Interface) display will illuminate.

⚠️ To set spray parameters and for detailed HMI operation, please refer to the "Application Settings" section in the owner's manual.

Step 5: Configure Settings

Spray Configuration

Set the start delay, spray period, and desired timing mode for each channel that will be used. Timing modes include variable, repeat, and fixed spray.

Example settings shown: Channel A/B, Start delay (s) 5.00, Stop delay (s) 8.00, Timing Mode: Fixed Spray.

Recipe Configuration (Optional)

If using recipe configuration, you can select a recipe number, create a name, select a desired timing mode, and set the start and stop delays, as well as the interval on and off.

Example settings shown: Recipe # 1, Recipe name, Start delay (s) 0.01, Stop delay (s) 0.01, Timing Mode: Fixed Spray.
