Inserting / Changing Batteries

Before use, insert the 2 x 1.5V AAA/LR03 batteries with correct polarity. Replace batteries if the unit stops working or the massage stops suddenly.

Fitting / Changing the Massage Head

Three massage heads are included: "Trigger point" for deep tissue massage, "Flat" for general muscle massage, and "Round" for chest, buttocks, leg, and back muscles. Ensure components are properly connected before use.

Basic Operation

Slide the power switch 1 up one level to turn on the device (low intensity). Slide up again for high intensity.
Place the massage head on the area to be massaged with light pressure. Move the device slowly over the target area. Massage each area for a short time only. NEVER massage the same area for more than 3 minutes.
Slide power switch 1 all the way down to switch off the unit.

Cleaning and Care

Before cleaning, remove batteries and let the unit cool for at least 15 minutes.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never use harsh cleaning agents, petrol, thinner, or alcohol.
Dry with a clean, dry cloth.
Do not expose to direct sunlight; protect from dirt and moisture.
Ensure the unit is completely dry before reuse.
Store in a clean and dry place.
