Inserting / Changing Batteries
Before use, insert the 2 x 1.5V AAA/LR03 batteries with correct polarity. Replace batteries if the unit stops working or the massage stops suddenly.
Fitting / Changing the Massage Head
Three massage heads are included: "Trigger point" for deep tissue massage, "Flat" for general muscle massage, and "Round" for chest, buttocks, leg, and back muscles. Ensure components are properly connected before use.
Basic Operation
- Slide the power switch 1 up one level to turn on the device (low intensity). Slide up again for high intensity.
- Place the massage head on the area to be massaged with light pressure. Move the device slowly over the target area. Massage each area for a short time only. NEVER massage the same area for more than 3 minutes.
- Slide power switch 1 all the way down to switch off the unit.
Cleaning and Care
- Before cleaning, remove batteries and let the unit cool for at least 15 minutes.
- Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never use harsh cleaning agents, petrol, thinner, or alcohol.
- Dry with a clean, dry cloth.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight; protect from dirt and moisture.
- Ensure the unit is completely dry before reuse.
- Store in a clean and dry place.
