Clean and open bonnet. MADE IN NEW ZEALAND 2. Trial fit the Bonnet Guard and note the 2-factory fitted plastic fasteners which hold the rubber strip in the Bonnet Guard that correspond with the holes in the underside of bonnet. 3. Remove 2 plastic factory fitted fasteners which holds rubber strip in place. 4. Note sequence as per diagram as below. Fit Bonnet Guard in position and fasten securely with supplied screw making sure the bonnet guard is between the rubber strip and bonnet. 5. Apply the anti-abrasive tape on edge of hood where plastic fastening W-clip secures the Bonnet Guard near the fenders. Use the supplied alcohol prep-pads to cleanse the area first. 6. Snap the supplied plastic W-clip into hole position on Bonnet Guard as shown, over the anti-abrasive tape. Wash acrylic with a mild soap and lukewarm water solution, using a clean, soft cloth or sponge. CLOSE THE BONNET BY DROPPING FROM 6" HEIGHT. ASSIST CLOSURE ONLY BY PRESSING ON THE BONNET. NEVER PRESS ON THE BONNET GUARD
