PRECAUTIONS AND USAGE
Do not use the product in other ways than described. Handle with care at all times and protect from damage. Do not expose the earphones to heat, magnetism, cold, damp environments or abnormal wear and tear e.g. by bending or pulling them. Avoid dropping, strong impact or winding the cable tightly. Clean with a slightly damp fabric.
The WEEE-symbol means that the product should Not be mixed with normal household waste, please return to facilities for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
WARNING
Never listen to music at an uncomfortably high volume, this may permanently damage your hearing. Never use the earphones in traffic or in other places where your hearing is needed to perceive dangers.
Always store small accessories out of small children’s range. Always lower the volume before you connect.

POWER ON / PAIRING MODE
You do not need to press the button on either earbud. Simply lift both earphones from the case and the earphones will be visible in the Bluetooth list of your device.
MUSIC CONTROLS
Play/Pause = Press either button once
Next song = Press R button two times
Previous song = Press L button two times
PHONE CONTROLS
VOICE CONTROL
Press and hold for 1 second on either side to start the voice assistant.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the earphones are behaving unexpectedly or you’re having difficulty pairing, we recommend a reset.
- Turn off both earphones by pressing and holding both buttons for six seconds. Start the earphones again by pressing and holding both sides for thirteen seconds, until the lights stop blinking.
- Put the earphones back in the case and wait for 10 seconds. They are now reset.

Newly purchased TOLV does not work as it should. Only the left headset works. Has restored several times without success.
What’s wrong – what should I do to make this simple system work.

Nyinköpt TOLV fungerar inte som sig bör. Endast vänster hörlur fungerar. Har återställt flera gånger utan framgång.
Vad är det för fel – vad ska jag göra att få detta enkla system att fungera.
Det har STRULAT ÄNDA SEDAN jag köpte produkten idag; har god lust att göra ett återköp. Ingenstans har det stått att det är mycket mekk att få detta att fungera tillfredsställande. Tacksam för snar återkoppling.

Hi, I had just purchased Tolv. But the left side earbud are not working. Tired serval times factory reset but doesn’t help at all. When placed in Tolv case, the left earbud blinking red/white. Kindly help me out for this issue.
After the factory reset, if you’re seeing multiple Tolv devices in your Bluetooth list, such as “Sudio Tolv” and “Sudio Tolv-L”, it could be caused by having pressed the buttons directly after taking them out of the charging case, or not taking both earbuds out at the same time.
Tolv pairs automatically when you take them out of the case, so avoid clicking on the buttons after you have performed the factory reset.
Hi there. I have read a few comments here that some of you cannot connect either one of your earbuds. Here’s what that i have done.
1. Before reset make sure to to forget the existing your earbuds Bluetooth device.
2. Then reset as per recommendation.
3. After 10 sec, please take out BOTH EARBUDS AT EXACT TIME.
4. Then the right earbuds will blinking. After that turn on your Bluetooth device. Straight away turn it on.
Here’s the manual reminder

I just bought the headphones yesterday, and they won’t turn on the lights or charge.
Acabo de comprar los audífonos ayer, y no prenden las luces ni carga.
My Tolv does not light up, at all. It does not charge, at all. Totally dead. Have tried charging with bids removed, then add the bids back and continue to charge. Nothing. Totally useless.
