AMD AM4/AM5 Installation
Step 1: Remove AMD original plastic brackets, KEEP the back plate. Use AM4/AM5 screws (L) to secure the AM4/AM5 brackets (D) to the motherboard's original back plate.
Step 2: Apply thermal grease (J) on the CPU. Install the heatsink (A) using a screwdriver. Secure the fans (B) to the heatsink using fan clips (G).
INTEL 115X/1200 Installation
Step 1: Adjust the back plate (F) mounting hole position. Install the back plate from the back side of the motherboard. Place the LGA115X/1200 standoffs (H) from the front side. Install the brackets (E) with screws (I).
Step 2: Apply thermal grease (J) on the CPU. Install the heatsink (A) using a screwdriver. Secure the fans (B) to the heatsink using fan clips (G).
INTEL 1700/1851 Installation
Step 1: Adjust the back plate (F) mounting hole position. Install the back plate from the back side of the motherboard. Place the LGA1700 standoffs (N) from the front side. Install the brackets (E) with screws (I).
Step 2: Apply thermal grease (J) on the CPU. Install the heatsink (A) using a screwdriver. Secure the fans (B) to the heatsink using fan clips (G).
Fan Wiring
Insert the 4-pin PWM fan header into the CPU_FAN socket on the motherboard. If using a dual fan setup, use the Y-cable (C) to sync fan speed.
For fans with ARGB lighting: Connect the ARGB lighting header (3-pin +5V) to the motherboard's ARGB lighting socket or an ARGB lighting controller. Lighting effects can be synchronized by connecting fan lighting headers with each other.
