The following parts are included for assembly:

• 1 x Back Panel: A flat rectangular panel.
• 1 x Left Side Panel: A flat panel with multiple pre-drilled holes for hinges.
• 1 x Right Side Panel: A flat panel.
• 1 x Door Panel: A flat panel with a handle attachment point.
• 1 x Top Shelf: A rectangular shelf with four holes on its surface.
• 1 x Middle Shelf: A rectangular shelf with a square cutout.
• 1 x Bottom Shelf: A rectangular shelf with brackets for caster attachment.
• 4 x Casters: Small wheels with threaded stems for attachment to the bottom shelf.
• 1 x Door Support: A small metal plate for handle attachment.
• 1 x Magnet: A magnetic component for the door closure.
• 1 x Door Handle: A bar-shaped handle for the door.
• 40 x Long Screws: Standard screws for primary assembly.
• 12 x Short Screws: Shorter screws for specific attachments like hinges.
• 2 x Washers: Flat rings used with screws.
• 6 x Cap Nuts: Nuts with a rounded, closed end for finishing.
• 4 x Bolts: Fasteners with threaded shafts and heads.
• 4 x Wing Nuts: Nuts with wing-like projections for hand tightening.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Install the Magnet

Attach the magnet to the middle shelf using long screws. A diagram shows the magnet secured to the underside of the middle shelf with two long screws, with a magnified view detailing the screw placement.

Step 2: Attach Side Panels

Attach the left and right side panels to the top shelf, middle shelf, and bottom shelf using long screws. Continue to secure the left and right side panels with additional long screws from the front. A diagram illustrates the side panels being attached to the shelves with multiple screws. The instruction DO NOT TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL FULLY ASSEMBLED is prominently displayed.

Step 3: Attach Back Panel

Attach the back panel to the pedestal using long screws. A diagram shows the back panel being secured to the rear edges of the assembled structure with several long screws. The instruction DO NOT TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL FULLY ASSEMBLED is repeated.

Step 4: Attach Casters

Twist the casters into the bottom shelf. A diagram shows the bottom of the pedestal with circular arrows indicating the rotation needed to screw the four casters into the pre-attached brackets on the bottom shelf.

Step 5: Attach the Door

Attach the door handle to the door using the handle support plate, long screws, and washers. Attach hinges to the left side panel using short screws. Attach hinges to the door using short screws and secure with cap nuts. Diagrams show the handle assembly on the door and the attachment of hinges to both the side panel and the door, secured by cap nuts.

Step 6: Final Check

Stand the pedestal upright on a level surface/floor. Ensure casters are touching the floor evenly. Firmly tighten all screws to ensure they are secure.

Step 7: Secure the Popcorn Machine

Place the popcorn machine on top of the pedestal. Open the popcorn machine and remove the drop door and clean out tray. Locate the holes on the bottom of the popcorn machine and secure it to the pedestal using bolts and wing nuts.
