Setup: Loading Staples

Follow these steps to load staples into your staple gun:

  1. Press and pull the loading rod from the rear of the staple gun.
  2. Place the desired type of staples (D, U, or T) into the magazine, ensuring they are facing the correct direction.
  3. Insert the loading rod back into the magazine.
  4. Push the loading rod until it locks securely into place.

Adjusting Stapling Pressure

The stapling depth can be adjusted using the force adjustment knob on top of the tool:

Using the Staple Gun

To operate the staple gun:

  1. Ensure the correct staples are loaded and the pressure is adjusted for your material.
  2. Place the nose of the staple gun firmly against the surface where you want to fasten.
  3. Squeeze the handle completely to drive the staple.
  4. Release the handle and reposition for the next staple.

Maintenance: Clearing Jammed Staples

If a staple becomes jammed, follow these steps to clear it safely:

  1. Ensure the handle is locked for safety.
  2. Pull the release latch in the direction of the arrow, then upwards to open the staple magazine.
  3. Carefully remove any jammed staples from the magazine.
  4. Close the magazine by pushing the loading rod back until it locks.
