S33 Access Control Keypad

Product Specifications:

Product Usage Instructions:

Option 1 – Using Power Adapter Provided:

1. Connect the power adapter into the green input labeled GND/V+
on the keypad.

2. Ensure the power supplied to the adapter is within the range
of 12V – 24V.

3. Do not attempt to power the keypad using the power board from
a gate motor; always use the provided adapter to prevent
damage.

Owner/Manager Steps:

1. Download the Spiderentry Managers App from your mobile
device’s app store.

2. Use the login credentials provided by Spiderdoor team members
to access the app.

3. Visit www.management.spiderdoor.com on your desktop to manage
gate activities.

Installation Steps:

1. Unpack the box and ensure all items are present as shown in
the manual.

2. Unlock and open the front door for installation, being
cautious not to damage it during the process.

3. Mount the keypad on a wall/stud securely using sheetrock
screws.

Mag Lock Installation:

If using a Magnetic lock, connect the green wire to N/C
(normally closed) and the blue wire to COM (common wire) from the
keypad to the lock installed on the door.

Gate Installation:

Connect wires from normally open (NO) and common (COM) on the
gate motor to the input labeled gate on the keypad board.

Option 2 – Using POE For Power:

1. Plug a CAT5/6 cable from your modem into the slot labeled CAT
5/6 on the keypad.

2. Connect another CAT5/6 cable from the slot labeled OUT on the
POE SWITCH to power the device.

Q: What should I do if the keypad is not receiving power?

A: Ensure that the power supplied is within the specified range
of 12V – 24V and use the provided adapter to avoid any damage to
the keypad.

5b OPTION 1 – Using Power Adapter Provided: The power should connect into the green input labeled GND /V+. This should be ran to the supplied adapter for the proper amount of power. Note that the keypad can only handle between 12v – 24v and nothing below or above. Warranty does not cover a damaged pad due to improper power installation. DO NOT attempt to power the keypad using the power board from a gate motor. You must use the adapter provided.

Owner/Manager Steps
Download Managers App! You will need login credentials, which will be provided to you by a Spiderdoor team member. Search App stores on your mobile device for the Spiderentry Managers App. Download the app and this will allow managers to access their gates from anywhere. Lastly, You can also login on your desktop at
www.management.spiderdoor.com This will allow you to view activity log, photos of tenants, (on certain keypad models) and open or latch open your gate, all from the Spiderdoor dashboard. Email us at Support@Spiderdoor.com

Keys Power Adapter (required)
2 Unlock and open the front door to install and wire properly. Door will pull forward but needs to be lifted out of the slots during install. Do not open door too far or you can damage! You can also unplug punch pad cable if needed during install. Be careful when pluggin punch pad cable back in.

3 Mounting on awall/stud: Choose which side your stud is on and simply punch out the holes on the desired side. Then use a sheetrock screw or a comparable type screw to secure the keypad to the wall. Be sure to secure the pad somewhere at the top of the keypad as well as at the bottom. You can mount to pedestal as well.

4b Mag Lock Install: If using a Magnetic lock for a walk through door, you will want to use N/C (normally closed) and the COM

(common wire) slot. In the illustration below, the green wire goes

to the magnetic lock from the keypad. The blue wire also goes

from the keypad out to the magmetic lock installed on the walk

through door.

4a Gate Install: Bring one wire from normally open(NO) and one wire from common(COM) on the gate motor over to the input labeled gate on the board. Input labeled GATE, represents normally open and common inputs.

5a OPTION 2 – Using POE For Power: Plug a CAT5/6 cable from your current modem (coming from current internet provider – Orange

cable) into the slot labeled CAT 5/6 Then plug another CAT 5/6 cable into slot labeled”OUT,”on the POE SWITCH and this line will

go straight to your keypad (Using yellow Cable in diagram). This

cable is what gives your keypad low voltage DC power that is

needed to run the keypad. Plug into the CAT5/6 input inside

keypad.
