SPECIFICATION OF INLINE FAN
INSTRUCTION OF INTELLIGENT CONTROLLER
- MODE BUTTON
- Press this button to cycle through the modes in a sequence of the following:
- ON, OFF, TIMER, AUTO(4 triggers), and ALARM(4 triggers).
- Press and hold the mode button to return to the previous mode.
- UP BUTTON
- Press this button to increase the value.
- DOWN BUTTON
- Press this button to decrease the value.
- LEAF BUTTON
- Press this button to turn off the display while programs run in the background.
- Press this button for more than 2 seconds to lock or unlock the display
- ALARM/LOCK ICONS
- This area displays the alarms and statuses from the controller including alarms and screen lock.
- CONTROLLER MODE
- This area displays the operation mode which is selected currently. Press the MODE Button to cycle through the modes.
- PROBE TEMP
- Displays the current humidity that the corded sensor probe is measuring.
- Shows “–“when the probe is not plugged in.
- PROBE HUMIDITY
- Displays the current humidity that the corded sensor probe is measuring.
- Shows “–“when the probe is not plugged in.
- FAN SPEED
- Displays the fan speed which is selected currently.
- SETTING
- Displays the value you have set for the current mode, or displays OFF when you turn off the current settings. Press the up or down button to change.
ON MODE
- You can turn on the fan in this mode, only the fan speed can be adjusted in this mode. The fan will run continuously regardless of temperature or humidity. Whatever fan speed you set in this mode will be the maximum speed that it uses in auto mode.
OFF MODE
You can turn off the fan in this mode. The fan will not run continuously regardless of temperature or humidity.
Note:
- You can change the display brightness by pressing the UP or DOWN button. There are four settings for brightness: 1/2/3/A3. In setting A3 if the device is left unattended for 30 seconds, the display will automatically dim its brightness back to setting 1.
- Pressing and holding the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously will change Fahrenheit (F) to Celsius (C), but only works for checking Celsius.
TIMER MODE
In this mode, please set the fan speed in the ON mode first, then press the UP or DOWN button to set the desired time for the timer. The fan will run at the speed set in ON mode until the time runs out, and the fan will stop running. The clock will begin counting down automatically if there is no operation for 3 seconds. Leaving the timer mode while the countdown is running will pause the clock until you return to this mode.
Note:
- Each time you press the button, the time increases by 1 minute, after the setting time above 10 minutes, the time increases by 10 minutes.
- The maximum timing setting is 9 hours.
- If there is no operation within 3 seconds, the countdown will start automatically.
AUTO MODE
- There are 4 triggers, which are as follows.
HIGH TEMP
- In this mode, press “

“.The setting temperature of the high-temperature trigger can be adjusted.
- When the ambient temperature is above the set temperature of the high-temperature trigger, the trigger is activated. When the trigger is activated, the fan will automatically turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches the set fan speed in ON Mode.
Note:
- Press and hold UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously can turn off the trigger, and the digits under the SETTING will be displayed as OFF.
- This trigger can work together with other AUTO mode triggers (such as LOW TEMP).
LOW TEMP
- In this mode, press the
or
button to set a desired low-temperature trigger. When the ambient temperature is less than the set temperature of the low-temperature trigger, the trigger is activated. When the trigger is activated, the fan will automatically turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches the set fan speed in ON Mode.
Note:
- Press and hold UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously can turn off the trigger, and the digits under the SETTING will be displayed as OFF.
- This trigger can work together with other AUTO mode triggers. (such as LOW TEMP).
HIGH HUMID
- In this mode, press the

button to set a desired high humidity trigger. The fan will activate when the measured humidity is above the set point, the fan will automatically turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches the set fan speed in ON mode. When the measured temperature is below the set humidity, the fans will slowly decrease the speed until the fan turns off.
Note:
- Press and hold UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously can turn off the trigger, and the digits under the SETTING will be displayed as OFF.
- This trigger can work together with other AUTO mode triggers (such as LOW TEMP).
ALARM MODE
- HIGH TEMP
- In this mode, press the UP or DOWN button to set a desired high-temperature alarm, the fan will activate when the measured temperature is above the set point, and the fan will turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches 10 the maximum speed of 10 and the controller will beep.
- LOW TEMP
- In this mode, press the UP or DOWN button to set a desired low-temperature alarm, the fan will activate when the measured temperature is below the set point, and the fan will turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches 10 the maximum speed of 10 and the controller will beep.
HIGH HUMID
- In this mode, press the UP or DOWN button to set a desired high humidity alarm, the fan will activate when the measured humidity is above the set point, and the fan will turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches 10 the maximum speed of 10 and the controller will beep.
LOW HUMID
- In this mode, press the UP or DOWN button to set a desired low humidity alarm, the fan will activate when the measured humidity is below the set point, and the fan will turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches 10 the maximum speed of 10 and the controller will beep.
TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY CALIBRATION
To adjust the temperature and humidity that the probe sensor is measuring, follow the steps below:
- Set the controller to OFF Mode.
- Hold the LEAF Button (4) and MODE BUTTON (1) simultaneously for 5 seconds to start temperature calibration. Perform this operation again to start humidity calibration.
- When corresponding data flashes on the screen, press UP/DOWN BUTTON to calibrate the temperature/humidity.
- To save the settings, hold the LEAF Button (4) and MODE BUTTON (1) simultaneously for 5 seconds once more.
Note:
- After setting the ALARM mode, you must stay in the ON mode, otherwise, the alarm will not be activated.
- Press and hold UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously can turn off the trigger, and the digits under the SETTING will be displayed as OFF.
- You can press the UP button to stop the beep and turn off the alarm when it’s in ON mode, the fan will run according to the fan speed you set in ON mode. Or you can press the MODE button to stop the beep and turn off the alarm, the fan will turn off.
- Alarm, the fan will activate when the measured temperature is below the set point, the fan will turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches 10 the maximum speed of 10 and the controller will beep.
- Note: After setting the ALARM mode, you must stay in the ON mode, otherwise, the alarm will not be activated. Press and hold the UP and Down buttons simultaneously can turn off the trigger, and the digits under the SETTING will be displayed as OFF. You can press the UP button to stop the beep and turn off the alarm when it’s in ON mode, the fan will run according to the fan speed you set in ON mode. Or you can press the MODE button to stop the beep and turn off the alarm, the fan will turn off. This trigger can work together with other ALARM triggers(such as LOW TEMP). If 1 alarm is triggered, 1 icon will flash. If 4 alarms are triggered simultaneously, 4 icons will flash. If you press the DOWN button accidentally, the alarm will keep beeping.
- HIGH HUMID
- In this mode, press the UP or DOWN button to set a desired high humidity alarm, the fan will activate when the measured humidity is above the set point, and the fan will turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches 10 the maximum speed of 10 and the controller will beep.

- In this mode, press the UP or DOWN button to set a desired low humidity alarm, the fan will activate when the measured humidity is below the set point, and the fan will turn on and slowly increase the speed until it reaches 10 the maximum speed of 10 and the controller will beep.
- Note: After setting the ALARM mode, you must stay in the ON mode, otherwise, the alarm
- This trigger can work together with other ALARM triggers (such as LOW TEMP). If 1 alarm is triggered, 1 icon will flash. If 4 alarms are triggered simultaneously, 4 icons will flash.
- If you press the DOWN button accidentally, the alarm will keep beeping.
OTHER SETTINGS
CONTROLLER LOCK
- To avoid accidental changes to the settings of the controller, press the LEAF button for 2 or more seconds to lock the controller, and the lock icon in the upper left corner will display.
- While the display is locked, you are unable to switch modes or change any settings. Hold the LEAF button for 2 or more seconds will unlock the controller. You will only be able to put the controller in the ECO display by pressing the LEAF button.
ECO MODE
- Press the LEAF button to set the ECO mode, it will turn off the display but all programs, settings, and alarms will continue to operate as programmed. To exit ECO mode, just press LEAF again.
DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS
- To adjust the brightness of the display, please set the controller to OFF Mode, then press the up or down button to increase or decrease the brightness level. Four brightness settings are available.
FAHRENHEIT AND CELSIUS CONVERSION
- Please set the controller to OFF Mode, then hold the UP BUTTON & DOWN BUTTON simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch displayed units between Fahrenheit (F) and Celsius (C).
YOU ALSO NEED TO KNOW:
If you stay in a certain mode for more than 3 seconds, you will automatically enter the working state in that mode, except for ALARM mode. In AUTO mode and ALARM mode, press the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously to turn on or turn off the certain trigger (HIGH TEMP/LOW TEMP/ HIGH HUMID/LOW HUMID), SETTING will be displayed as a value or OFF. The controller will remember the value you set last time under ON mode, OFF mode, TIMER mode, and AUTO mode. The next time you enter a certain mode, the value you set last time will be displayed, the ALARM mode will not remember the value you set before.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- The max temperature in the operating environment for this fan must not exceed -10°C~45°C.
- Storage temperatures from – 18C~45C: Operating humidity from 5%~90%RH Storage humidity <85%RH.
- The fan should be kept away from the children especially the blade and the electric par and packing bag improper use will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
- It cannot be used in high concentrations of oxygen and other inert gases with flammable and explosive dust gas.
